We use puchica, cerote, culero, and a few more. Us Guatemalans have some similar slangs. Puchica is used in Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador y Guate.
Catalina Monteverde we use a la gran, cabal, patojos, chilero, que de a huevo. Our Guatemalan accent is slightly softer

I understand people's confusion on the slang greatly. I'm Puerto rican & Mexican-American. I'd say i speak mexican spanish (there basically all the same except when it comes to slang). My girlfriend is from El Salvador and sometimes when she is speaking to me I don't know what the hell she is trying to tell me because I interpret it in something totally different. Who would have known one language could have so many differences.

The word púchica is used as an expression of surprise, admiration, anger or fear by Honduras, Nicaragua, Guatemala and El Salvador. And is also another way to say ‘puta’ in a less vulgar way as to why kids and teenagers use it too. So no we are not stealing words from nowhere. Here’s an example: “ A la gran púchica vos perdí mi teléfono.”
