From Montana, lovee the nor cal southern Oregon coast area! From the redwoods to all the beautiful little towns and beaches and mountains sticking right up put of the ocean, I've never been anywhere else that felt like home and the desire I have to go back is immense.

Seth, the crime in North Bend/Coos Bay that you mentioned (7:00) is barely noticeable, because I once lived in the Portland/Vancouver for 12 years!

Moving from a town with 30k+ people to ~1k sounds amazing to me haha. I think Port Orford would be the Goldilocks zone for affordability and all the things we want to do. Thank you for these state tours!
