As far as I can tell these harmonies match perfectly to the ones taught by Cara Pernas here on TH-cam. I highly recommend her videos if you and your mates want to learn this song as well!
Oh oh oh oh! For the longest time! Oh oh oh! For the longes (time)! I just really love to hear you sing! I can't tell you how much joy it brings! Now that I've found you, I think you ought ti know That I intend to listen for the longest time!
I've become captivated by Billy Joel's music-video of this song and have been viewing other performers of the same song. Your performance is one that I think comes close to the original! Thanks for the performance.
jerome whelan: In all honesty, I'm not crazy about the original. I'll just tell you that I am coming at this strictly as a singer. For some strange reason, in this particular song, Billy Joel doesn't place his voice particularly well. It's like he's trying to sing through his nose a little bit. He needs to open his upper palate a lot wider. I know for a fact that he can do it, because I've heard him do this in another songs, so he's perfectly capable of good vocal technique. I really don't think he used his voice well in this song. It could simply have been a matter of spending too long in the studio. That can happen if your producer isn't sympathetic enough to figure that out. I remember when I worked on a CD with a friend, and we spent 12 hours a day for five days straight. On the fourth day, during the 12th hour, we all lost our ability to follow a click track. The producer finally said, "OK, the law of diminishing returns has kicked in. Go home and we'll try this again in the morning." We came back the next morning and nailed it on the first take. I'm not questioning Billy Joel's talent at all. I just don't find his performance of this piece convincing. Mind you, sometimes that's not a surprise. In the classical world, composers are famous for not playing their own music very well.
Why is the channel name "Julien Neel"? Are you guys trying to take his name recognition or is one of your names actually Julien Neel? I don't think it is a very common name and the way both you and the real Julien do barbershop music is very coincidental. I'm not saying, but I'm just saying.
Great work! I only have one small comment: keep your heads still. It's distracting for the audience, and it can also throw your vocal apparatus out of alignment. Nevertheless, nice job!👏🏻👏🏻💐❤️
I would marry the lead vocalist .. She us AMAZING in EVERY way .. ok i tell Yah .. Ime in uk .. Do a fan version .. let me take thr lead or any part m Trained by uk finest !!! BUT gosh let me sing 2 .. mmmm u want me prove it . Follow my lead of u will ..won't disappoint
Colleen Carlyle: I wouldn't go so far as to say he's weak. I do notice that his low E-flat is a bit gravelly at times. If he's going to continue singing home he needs to get some help with that in order to preserve his voice. He needs a vocal coach to teach him the technique to clean off his vocal cords. Hopefully, that's all he needs. I'd hate for him to have to see a laryngologist.
In my opinion, the person who invented autotune should be shot. I am an opera singer, and I was given the opportunity to sing on a CD; however, the condition was that I would agree to have my performance run through autotune. I said no. Considering I wasn't going to get paid for it…
@@adelefarough5123 You are free not to use auto tune. Why the hate? Let people who aren't as skilled and perhaps don't have the time / money to undergo a full vocal training like yourself sing too. This is just a fun video, give me a break.
I like this group as an ensemble. As individuals, every one of them needs some vocal coaching. And I agree that the bass was singing out of range. At best, he's a bass baritone.
Brilliant cover of the Billy Joel song.
The Tenor is too cute!
The tenor was my teacher in 8th grade 4 years ago. I wonder if she remembers me lol
Tiwa awiT 😂

I edited the video for them. :)
The bass has really weird vowels, but it's still good.
VERY NICE
You should make more songs
very cool
SUPER CUTE AND SWEET! "I'M SO INSPIRED BY YOU!"

That bass is bad ass
Only the lead’s appearance was off for me but sounds great.

Am I the only one stunned by the voice of the lead?
But it was very good :)
They need a new lead singer!
good..but not as good as a cappella trudbol
The bass is pretty bad

You sound good, but your vowels are really mismatched. Als, no scooping in barbershop, especially in a slow-ish song.
They are beginners, obviously.
No offence but the lead was kinda weak
poor
juan jamon: so just give it a thumbs-down and move on.
Lead is so weak
I don't like the pretty girl. She's ridiculous.
Well aren't we glad you dropped by
The Tenor is so cute!
