  • In this video, I go over what modifications I did to my Honda CRF300L Rally. From intake to exhaust I upgraded to a foam air filter with a modified airbox lid, removed the airbox to put the cbr300 intake throttle body snorkel, put a MotoX full exhaust, and then had a new ECU from 550 performance with the stage 1 87 tune. There's a noticeable difference in power and where it picks up now and how it holds the power.

Trade it in for a DR650... :) almost twice the HP/TQ for about 25 extra lbs.

I’ve got a T7 and also a crf450rl but for some reason also wanted a 300l rally because of how they look and how solid their engines are 😂 I wish they would update the DR platforms slightly to compete a little more with EFI and additional gearing

Exhaust better give great power if the extra noise annoys you

After hearing it ride away while my dad was riding it, it’s not all that loud just seemed that way from being barely able to hear the exhaust to sounding like a real single cylinder dirtbike 😂

Will these bikes cruise at 60 comfortably?

I have the 450 and it cruises at 60 but wouldn't wanna have to do 70 for miles on end though

Like the other guy said.. but on my 300 going 70 is a little questionable depending on how strong wind is but 60 is easily doable and doesn’t feel like any abuse to the bike. The 450 I feel like I’m abusing it cruising over 65. Both have stock gearing

Between ecu, foam filter, exhaust and the intake boot/mods roughly $800?
