    Great session.
    I liked the segments of both doctors, exercise sessions by Dr Girish and applied knowledge segment by Dr Lalitha.

    Didn't realise the effect of the 7 enemies of my skin. I know I need to expose my skin to the sun only for a short period. And Early morning and late evening sun is good for skin. Also know about Sunburn. Thank you Dr. Lalitha for the useful info you have shared.
