I greatly enjoyed your videos! Very helpful and simply explained. I found your ECG and ABG tutorial to be very comprehensive and easy to understand! ......Please do one on Hypertension management or Malignant Hypertension.
Thank you so much for appreciating my work!!! Do share these videos and my channel with ur friends..Will surely try to upload on Malignant Hypertension..Thank you 😄😀
Really helpful but you talk very fast. Plus it would be nicer to state what the drugs are . for example Digoxin (Antiarrythmias), Furosemide (Duretics)...Thanks very much for posting
@@INTELLECTMEDICOS hyperkalemia lead to hypotension ,,,, so you can not say that the medication for it includes ace inhibitors because the ace increase blood pressure
Signs and symptoms of hypokalemia are more or less similar to hyperkalemia. So that's why I have mentioned it separately. Great to know that you loved the video. Thanks!
vani gachinmath : Insulin facilitates uptake of glucose into the cells.. and thus causes inward movement of potassium..that is why it is given in hyperkalemia cases..it is given along with glucose so as to prevent hypoglycemia..normally we administer around 8-10 units human insulin(actrapid) in 25% dextrose..I hope, now it'll be clear to u..Thank you!! 😊👍
You all probably dont care at all but does someone know of a method to log back into an instagram account?? I stupidly forgot my login password. I would love any tips you can give me
@Julio Jesse I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff now. I see it takes a while so I will reply here later with my results.
it's very helpful , thanks but i have a question, how cellular distraction (burns) cause hyperkalemia despite burns cause loss of potassium and fluid ?
Whenever there is burns or trauma (crush injury) or lysis of the cell, it causes extrusion of potassium from inside the cell to outside which is responsible for hyperkalemia. Thanks!
@@INTELLECTMEDICOS hyperkalemia is more k go to urine , how you say that diuretics is the treatment??? 😂😂 if there is hypokalemia then the patient will have constupations then you give diuretics 😂😂😂 wtf😂😂😂
Im right now with ma cousin reading this shitty lecture of dr shit we dont understand anything till we see yr beautiful explanation with yr great mnemonics which is easily to be remembered thank u so so much ❤️❤️ god bless u
Everything is Ok 👌, except your 'Bhakthology' attitude. Treatment of Hypokalemia is MODI, treatment for Kaladhan. Swiss money account of Indians are increasing, many has looted us and went out of India with a vast amount of money including Kiran Modi, Nirav Modi, and Mallya. One Nithyananda has bought land and declared a country and even a reserve bank with the poor money of Indians. Still, you Bhakts are adulating him without any reason. Come out of the shell man.
