Ok so I didn't see anyone say this yet, so I'll explain. This song is actually multiple songs in one, as it is the ost for one patch of the game. The first part is the lobby theme, then it's the battle theme and finally the boss theme.
Mans shaved just to jump in the rabbit hole that is PGR music! Now that you're here, you better check out Narwhal and the most recent one that is Resounding Storm.
One of the latest tracks from previous PGR patch is "GhostFinal - In My Memory". Magnificent track. But yeah, we PGR players are very passionate about our music :D
Some interesting things about this song. This is the boss version of the track, with a boss that controls water. It's lacking in this version, but ingame when she floods the arena and you are fighting underwater, the music completely shifts to sound like it's playing under water. But there's also a version of the song for when she became a playable character, called lamia: another mode. Other songs to check out are Hikari and narwhal of course, but I also highly recommend the recent song "in my memory". Most songs have heavy edm influence, but there are two that break away from it. Against the current is much more rap/hip hop, and sie libten sich bede is more folk music. The latter was apparently my most listened to song in 2023 according to TH-cam music so I definitely think it's really good.

The best thing about pgr music is the human element. Vanguard sounds encapsulates that human machine element. Similar to the music of Interstellar by Hanz zimmer. They take you on a journey.

@@Samizard 95% of them actually are copyright free, there were just weird occasions where there was I think some kind of 3rd party issuing wrong strikes. Almost all of the few copyrighted songs have “ft.” that is distinct from the other songs. (The songs I’ve listed up there are confirmed to be copyright free for several content creators, you’re good for those ones :D) Happy listening!
