I believe that you are by far the best sewing instructor on TH-cam. I really feel as if we are sitting down doing a 1:1. You are so thorough, detailed and explain things so well and easy to understand. How much sewing experience do I have? Not one stitch to my name! I have always been envious, fascinated and interested in sewing yet have always felt so overwhelmed with intimidation with threading the machine or reading a pattern or understanding sewing vocabulary. It's alien language to me. I wouldn't know where to start. To have me begin to sew feels as if I was asked to be a pilot for a commercial aircraft. I wouldn't have a clue as to where to begin. As I've shared with you in another message, I bought a used machine in 1993 just to see if I can try/like to sew but it's been sitting in the closet since. Just admiring others who can sew. I believe that we are now in year 2020. That means that machine has been sitting there for 27 years! That machine has been sitting there longer than my eldest child who's 18! It's been my life long dream to learn how to sew. I am 51 years old now and you are showing me the way. You are so patient and can really understand that a true beginner student needs these detailed instruction. I am very grateful for your time and your knowledge. You have spoken to me in a language that I can understand. I have learned so much in this one video alone. Thank you, thank you and thank you!
Thank you so much for such a lovely message Eva. It is a pleasure to learn your sewing story. I am so pleased that I have been able to help you on your sewing journey. 💖
I commented several years ago when I first encountered your wonderful course. I learned to sew chiefly with your video course as a first -time learner in her sixties. That was three and a half years ago. Now I am wearing garments I have made to work every day. As I live in Japan and have access to inexpensive used kimonos, I have shifted largely from new fabrics to recycled silks and wools, and I have made dozens of garments, not to mention various bags and other items, for my family and friends. This is not only useful but a very engrossing and satisfying hobby. Thank you so much.
Hi Gwendolyn, thank you for getting in touch again. I am so pleased that I was able to help you start your sewing journey and that you now wear garments to work every day! I am very jealous of the fabrics available to your in Japan. It is on my bucket list to visit!
I'm a guy and walking by a dust covered 25 year old sewing machine is the closest I've come to sewing. I have some custom cycling gear I want to make and learning to sew is the first step. In two days I have gone from not knowing where the on switch is to sewing my first seam. I practiced on an old t-shirt! All because of your excellent videos!
I could’ve written the same comment! I want to sew my own cycling gear, and like an earlier comment, I tried to teach my daughter how to sew. I wish I found your videos earlier! Thanks for the videos. 👍
In isolation - perfect time to rediscover sewing on a machine and I even want to try and make a dress .... So glad to find such great instruction and lessons!
Have to compliment your style of instruction, incredibly detailed and still concise, you have a brilliant teaching ability thank you for these. Proper basics which are helping me know exactly why something is wrong and how I can fix it A lot of instructional videos are great but gloss over some of the important bits you are detailing in these videos.
Simon, thank you so much for your kind feedback on my teaching style and videos. I really appreciate it. I wish you all the best with your sewing. Thank you! Aneka
Hi from downtown Montreal, Canada! I have been an amateur, vintage sewing machine, restorer for 4 years. For four years I have been saying: I need to sew! I am watching your Beginner's Sewing Course, 1 video per day. I am 69 years young & I am in deep with this sewing thing & my 1st brand new machine; a Singer HD44S. I will binge here, learning loads of tips from your experience! In a word: Thanks! Merci beaucoup mademoiselle! Gratias Ago Tibi!
It’s quite clear you were destined to teach. The attention to detail is appreciated greatly, coming from someone who knew nothing of sewing. After watching your videos, I feel much more capable and confident in my ability to sew. Thank you so much for taking your time to do this!
As a guy that has had lots of questions about what seem to be basic things other people haven't gone over I thank you ever so much. Seeing how and why things are done a certain way helps so much.
i am a complete beginner during lockdown i have got my machine out of the box, did not look at the instruction. so when i started sewing scrub bags for the NHS i did have problems as putting the bobbing in with out tension and having the settings wrong. Since watching the video from my machine (cheep brother) things are coming out better. I have gone on to make headbands (with buttons for masks) and now scrub hats. so i am pleased for myself. But watching your video has helped me to understand what and why i have done things wrong . the video is great and aimed at my level of expertise thank you can not wait to see some more. xx
haha! 18:45 "I'm not looking at the needle at all; I'm just looking at my guide. The needle will do its own thing. It's not going to come and get me. You just need to watch the guide." hilarious. As a beginner, I find myself looking at the needle all the time. I'll keep this peace of mind and watch the guide from now on.
I had forgotten all about that comment! Ha Ha! Thank you for the reminder, it made me chuckle. :-)) Pleased I could help and you enjoyed it. Thank you, Aneka
I am now in possession of my mum’s workhorse sewing machine, a Frister Rossmann Cub 7. It’s around 35 years old but these instructions are perfect. Can’t thank you enough, I have watched numerous videos trying to learn, but none are so thorough as these. I didn’t know about the seam/stitch guides, and no other video I have watched even mentions them. Thank you.
I have finally decided to complete a dream of mine and that is learning how to sew. I've been intimidated by the machine for a very long time. I purchased a a machine 10 years ago and never removed it out the box. I finally did and your videos gave me the confidence to try. Thank you for being an AWESOME teacher. Please continue to upload helpful videos. thank you Freedom to try
Wow, thank you so much for your kind comment. I am so pleased that you enjoyed the tutorials and found them useful. It is great to hear that you have started sewing and I cannot wait to see where it takes you. I am SO sorry that I didn't reply to this comment before, it slipped through the net and I hadn't seen it. Thank you for taking the time to comment. Good luck, Aneka
I just learned how to thread a 20 year old mechanical machine 3 weeks ago, I'm that new to sewing! These videos are fantastic. The close ups are clear and the explanations for everything are the best. I'm excited to learn more with help from "my new sewing teacher". I want to make all kinds of things! ❤😀
That is awesome! Thank you for your kind words. I'm so pleased you have started your sewing journey. I'm sure you will have hours of fun. I have many tutorials on here and if you feel you wish to take it to the next level with an online class take a look at the website. madetosew.com/
Glad I found your channel. I haven't sewn in 50 years, and have just purchased a new machine so I can make some basic items. I thought I just needed a refresher course, but you've shown me some new tips and techniques. Thanks! New Subscriber :)
Hi Ginny, so pleased that I have been able to show you some new tips and techniques. I am really pleased that you have liked my tutorials and I wish you all the best on the start of your new journey sewing again. Best, Aneka x
This is great! I have agreed to teach my granddaughter to sew and this was a good refresher course to make sure I teach her the right methods I am also learning things I did not know. Thanks very much.
I just found your videos and they are fabulous. I watched the first 3 this afternoon while I sewed. I first learned to sew when I was about 10 - 56 years ago. Today I learned tips/tricks I'd never even thought about before - used a couple while I was sewing today! The content is tight and relevant and full and the delivery is excellent. And the bins behind you are fascinating (how can you not label them??). Thank you. I'll be back in the sewing room tomorrow and look forward to having you there with me.
Susan, that is one of the nicest things to say. I am so pleased that after so many years of sewing I was still able to share some tips/tricks that you found useful. I really appreciate that you have taken the time to write such lovely feedback, it makes all the hard work creating the videos worth it! Thank you and have a lovely day of sewing today. Aneka x
Your tutorial on the Emerald is just what I needed. I recently purchased the 118 and went to class to learn about the machine, however, it was a class with several different kinds of models from very expensive embroidery on down to the 116, so needless to say I didn't get the one on one intro to my machine I'd hoped for. No individual attention and much of the information given was rushed. Your tutorial, is very explicit and I find I can refer to it if and when I need to. Not only am I learning how to use my machine and accessories, but I'm learning how to sew better. Your explanations are very clear and you share lots of tricks and hints that are very helpful. So happy I found your videos. Thank you.
Hi Elaine, sorry to hear that you didn't learn what you hoped in a class situation but I am SO pleased that I have been able to help you and take your sewing to the next level. Thank you and good luck with your new machine! :-)) Aneka
Superb bunch of videos, very high quality teaching, shouldn't have found them so watchable as a dude who just wants to taper some jeans, blows the other tutorials out the water, many thanks Aneka :)
+J Gurjar I am so pleased that you have enjoyed the tutorials and found them watchable. Thank you for your very lovely comments and good luck with your jeans. Aneka
+Made To Sew Would you recommend a zigzag stitch along the leg or a straight stitch repeated 2 or 3 times? Obviously wouldn't want it falling apart! Which would be stronger?
+J Gurjar I would recommend a straight stitch, can your machine sew a reinforced straight stitch? This is when it stitches on top of the same stitch 3 times? If not I would try and sew close / on top of yourself - this will be neater than a zigzag and should be strong enough. You could use some stronger thread if you were really worried or complete a flat felled seam (however this could be difficult if you are just tapering the legs). I hope this helps!
Thank you so much for uploading these videos, I agree with the below comment "by far the best sewing instructor on TH-cam. I have just purchased my first Sewing machine Janome 5050 and cannot wait to get started on my first project. Just brilliant tuition and a beautiful voice.
This is the most informative video I have found. I've watched about 15 videos and I learned so much more from this video. Thank you for taking your time to explain things so well.
These videos are a godsend! They are so helpful both to complete beginners and those who've been away from sewing for quite some time! Thank you! You are encouraging new generations of sewing enthusiasts!
I can't believe how great these videos are. I'm a dedicated NON-sew-er, but will give it a go ever decade just to check. God bless my mom for trying, and those home-ec teachers for continuing their careers, but this is truly the best instruction I've ever seen. Maybe 65 is my lucky year!
Thanks so much for these videos. I haven't sewn since I was 14, but I bought myself a machine and I'm trying to familiarize myself with it. These videos have been so helpful.
Thanks for this exceptional video! I really appreciate your telling viewers the reasons why you pin fabric in the direction you do (vertically, and within the seam allowance), prior to feeding the material through the machine. Likewise, it was great to see what the seam will look like if the tensions is too tight or too loose. I know I'll continue to refer to this video again and again.
My late Mom taught me to sew about 50 years ago, but I have learned much more from your wonderful videos! One thing my Mom stressed was ending a stitch with the needle and take-up lever up. The stitch was complete when the take-up lever put the final tension on the thread and lock the stitch.
This beginners sewing course is great! I paid $40 for a in-person 1.5 hour class and got almost nothing out of it; this has been so much more informative! Thanks for making it!!!
Wow! Thank you for your amazing feedback. I am really pleased that you enjoyed it found it useful. Thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely comment. Wishing you all the best with your sewing. Aneka
That information about the stitch width and needle position to get the right seam allowance was brilliant. My objective to watching your videos has been to learn to become a less messy sewist ('sewer', doesn't look quite right) and produce better finished results. Your course is absolute gold. Thank you so much.
It's so late in the night and I listening to your video!! I have a sewing machine and am a bit rusty ...I learned sewing when I was 20 years on an old Singer machine! I am 58 now have an electronic machine. It's in the cupboard from 4 yrs. I'm a bit overwhelmed. But your voice ,tips instructions and patience is remarkable !! I am going to play the viedo many times and conquer my fears!! THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤❤❤😊
Almost 2022, i discovered today this channel. These tutorials are so professional and informative. I am testing myself on sewing art as an hobby and why not to develop it further by time. Thank you for these amazing videos, giving to everyone the chance to learn for free. Respectfully.
You truly were "Made to Sew"!! I just bought my machine on Friday and was sooooo confused and feeling a little bit discouraged but with these tutorials that you made, it now makes sense! Thank you for taking the time to explain in such an understanding and user friendly way. Good luck in everything and thank you again! :)
Just want to thank you for your time and effort in explaining everything so clearly and precisely in all your tuitions, so easily understood. My mother was a seamstress, but alas I was young to take notice, but at my age now of 46 years young, I want to do this, and this has made it so much easier to understand, thank you x
I can't thank you enough for these videos! I've been bitten by the sewing bug, and I want to learn how to make my own clothes.. I got a small, cheap sewing machine to play around with to see if it's just going to be a passing thing for me, or if it's something I'm actually going to stick with. I'm going to stick with it. My fiance is getting me a full sized sewing machine for Christmas (!!) and I'm watching your awesome videos in preparation. Thanks again so much!!
What a lovely story - I am SO pleased that you have caught the sewing bug. This is so great to hear, thank you so much for your lovely, kind words. I look forward to seeing where your sewing takes you. Aneka x
I am so appreciative of your tutorials. I’ve had a sewing machine for about a year that I have been looking at dubiously. I’ve only just started trying to use it and was making the mistake of trying to sew off the edge of the fabric for both beginning and ending which was causing some issues. Again thank you so much for making this so clear and less intimidating.
I just discovered your videos last night. Your tutorials are amazing and I have been binging for the past few hours! Thank you for being so thorough and taking the time to explain not only what you do but why you do it. The clear close-ups are incredibly helpful, too. I normally don't watch longer videos but your videos are 100% worth it.
Wow, that is SUCH a lovely thing to say. Thank you for commenting. I am ever so pleased that you have enjoyed my tutorials and like my style of teaching. Thank you so much and good luck with your sewing. Aneka x
Thank you so much for this fabulous course for beginners. During lockdown I decided (at 60 plus!) to make my own clothes. This has been SO helpful and the tone is perfect for someone terrified of starting.
This is just what I needed to help me relearn basics and overcome some challenges that I’ve been struggling with. Thank you so much for doing these video’s.
WOW that is so very kind of you. I am really pleased that both you and your wife have enjoyed my tutorials. Thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely comment.
Thank you so much for making this course! I am learning a lot. I was very nervous about sewing and too scared to even try to sew with this exact sewing machine, but I am pleased at the results and easy information that you are presenting, because I am a beginner with no experience. Your channel is wonderful! Thank you for using this machine, its 2020 but this machine runs beautiful, and I made an excellent investment.
I am so pleased that I could help. Thank you for such a lovely message and I wish you all the best with your sewing. You will feel less nervous, it's all about practise. Good luck! Aneka
Thank you so much for these videos! I recently got a sewing machine (I'm 35) & am a bit intimidated by it so sought some videos to help. I'm so glad to have found you. LOVE your style and find you pleasant to listen to. Thanks so much!
Thank you for such an easy to understand clear beginners tutorial. Love your natural teaching style. I’ve had a sewing machine for years but have never really understood how to use it properly. So I’m starting now with your tutorials. No more wonky hems for me : )
That is a very informative video and one which will benefit me as I noticed that I am having a problem with sewing with my machine. I used it for the first time and the machine didn't sew at all through the material and I have to figure out the problem. I was working on test material so there was no problem there.
Thank you putting up this video! I did a half ass sewing job for a Halloween costume and I enjoyed sewing to the point where I want to make it a new hobby. You helped explain the tension better then the manual to my machine and now I understand how it works!
That's very kind, thank you so much for your lovely comment. It's wonderful to hear that you are taking up sewing as a hobby. Great news! So pleased I could help. Aneka x
Anika, thank you so much for making such lovely, professional videos! I feel such a sense of relief watching you, as one does when in the hands of a pro- you are an incredibly competent instructor, thank you so much!
Bless you Lynette, what a lovely thing to say. Thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely comment. I am SO pleased that you enjoy my tutorials. Aneka x
I love your videos. I'm a musician who loves Rock Music fashion from the 60's and 70's, and the only way to get those stage costumes is to pay to have them made or make them yourself, so I'm learning to sew at 53, LOL!
Thank you so much for your tutorials, I'm new at this but old in age and I find that you are awesome at explaining" how to.." , you are knowledgeable and inspiring ! Thanks again, Maria Smith
Oh thank you Maria, for your lovely kind words. I am so pleased that you like my style of explaining things and that I have been able to help you. Thank you so much. Aneka
I wish I could post photos on here to show you a line I sewed on day 1 of learning vs on day 2 (today) after watching this video…it’s gone from bobbly and wobbly to the perfect line. Thanks so much for posting this 💜
+loalight Bless you, that a lovely thing to say. Thank you very much for your lovely words. I am so pleased you enjoyed the tutorial and good luck with your sewing.
omg! you're an angel. I spent a week frustrating myself. (Newbie here). Your explanations on tensions totally helped me understand what I was doing wrong and correct it. thank you!
Thank you for these tutorials. They are crystal-clear, and you know exactly what points to repeat because beginners are likely to forget. I am grateful that you also explain precisely why you do things the way you do them. I am a teacher in her sixties who has never learned sewing or taken home economics. I recently decided to amend that and bought my first sewing machine, and I am very aware of not knowing what I don't know. Thanks for laying things out so clearly.
Thank you for such lovely feedback, especially from a teacher. It has always been important to me to teach the 'why', otherwise I don't feel people are able to apply the same skill to another situation. Thank you so much and so pleased I could help. Aneka x
Love these videos. I'm teaching myself to sew at 50 and your videos are really helping me with the foundational information we don't get at home just sitting with the manual and our machine. It's like going to a class in your sewing room. Thanks again and I look forward to learning more from you. :-)
Wow that is very kind of you Stephanie. I am really pleased that you enjoyed the classes and have found them useful. Good luck with your sewing and keep me posted on your progress! Aneka :-))
You are a wonderful teacher, so detailed so informative, I’m really grateful for these tutorials as I really do feel so encouraged by them to actually start sewing without fear ❤️
Clear easy and concise instructions telling me exactly the things I need to know. I love that this series assumes no previous sewing knowledge. Thank you so much for teaching me to sew Aneka I am enjoying it immensely.
Welcome to Day 3 of the Beginners Sewing Course, today we'll be covering how to complete the straight stitch on the sewing machine, solve tension problems and improve accuracy issues.
I wanted to give my thanks for your videos on how to sew. I have learned so much from you and you state everything so clearly. Everything is quite easy to understand the way you explain it and you tell us the context and the why's. I am grateful
I just want to give you a very very big thank you for these. Videos they are such a great help. and also i want to thank you for your organization. The effort you exerted in these views are so obvious plus how dedicated you have been to give all the information you have and shared it with an open heart
Hi Menna, thank you so much for your lovely words, you are too kind. So pleased that I have been able to help you and you have found my tutorials useful. Best wishes with your sewing. Aneka

Thank you so much, what a lovely comment! I am so pleased I was able to help your confusion and good luck with your sewing! Thank you again for writing something so nice. Have a lovely weekend.
Thank you!! Your tutorials are very clear and concise. I knew a number of things you went over, but learned many things I had no idea about. Can't wait to see what else you plan to teach!
I love your videos so much because I like to do things using best practices and it's not always easy to find teachers who feel the same way. Thank you so much!
Hi, I just wanted to say this has been so helpful! I have watched 1-3 of this series of videos, as a complete beginner you have taught me so much of what I didn’t understand beforehand. Thank you very much 🤗
I've only just discovered your channel this evening and I'm so glad I did! I've been planning to take up sewing and I already feel armed with much more knowledge and confidence. Both your content and delivery are excellent. Thank you!
Hi Charlotte, Thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely comment. I am so pleased that you have enjoyed the tutorials and learned some new tips and techniques from them. I wish you all the best on your sewing journey, please do let me know if you have any problems. Thanks, Aneka :-))
I'm learning so much from your videos. Each one is clearly presented and very detailed. I thank you for taking the time to release these videos, and I have shared them with my friends who are learning as well. :)
I enjoyed this lesson immensely. You are such a great teacher, the one I have been looking for a long while. I am so glad I did discover you on TH-cam. Thanks so much,
Pretty lengthy video, but it's worth it. You definitely try to get a handle on all common problems that people have and do well in explaining things. Thank you. This video has helped me a lot!
Hi Jesi, really pleased you enjoyed the tutorial and found it useful despite the length. Thank you for your lovely comment and good luck with your sewing. Aneka :-))
Thank you. Really pleased you enjoyed them. I also have this new series: th-cam.com/play/PLfxTlKMr7TsDHyZv7_dKMEzbNiuGV8Ilu.html for beginners, one video launching every day in September! Aneka x

Thank you so much for your very kind words Cara. I love teaching and hope to help people enjoy sewing as much as I do.😊
The video series is great and the tip to turn the handwheel to release the fabric when done with the stitch (@9:20) is especially helpful. Thank you!

Great tips! I'm a beginner sewer at 57 years old. I love it!! This is so helpful. Thanks for posting this video.
Oh thank you so much for your lovely comment, really pleased you enjoyed it!
I'm Maria from Algeria really thanks , I'm your new student 💓
Lovely to meet you here Maria. Aneka x

Your videos are wonderful for the person who's totally a "fish out of water" when it comes to sewing. Thanks for making them!
That's so kind Jan, I am so pleased you have enjoyed the videos. Thank you for your kind feedback.
I'm a fairly experienced sewer, but I am so enjoying these tutorials. If I was a beginner they are invaluable.Clear and precise.Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for your lovely, kind words Ethel. Best Wishes, Aneka

I have agreed to teach my granddaughter to sew and this was a good refresher course to make sure I teach her the right methods
I am also learning things I did not know. Thanks very much.
Thank you so much Liz, really appreciate it. Aneka
Aneka x
my daughter purchased a sewing machine for me which I've always wanted as a child. I'm really enjoying your sewing courses.
+Anm Williams Oh I am SO pleased, thank you ever so much for your lovely comment. I wish you all the best with your sewing. Good luck! Aneka
Made To Sew Certainly did, thanks again gorgeous!
+J Gurjar Great news, well done!
Thanks so much Tiffany. I am really pleased to hear that. 💛😊
These videos are a godsend! They are so helpful both to complete beginners and those who've been away from sewing for quite some time! Thank you! You are encouraging new generations of sewing enthusiasts!
You are so welcome! Thank you very much.
thank you so much!! I would have never believed I could get so far in just 2 days practicing what you have taught here!
So pleased to read this. Thank you. I hope your journey continues.
Thanks very much Tess. Wishing you all the best on your journey. Aneka x
Thanks so much for these videos. I haven't sewn since I was 14, but I bought myself a machine and I'm trying to familiarize myself with it. These videos have been so helpful.
Hi Kerry, I am so pleased that I could help. Thank you. Aneka x
Thank you so much Megan, for your wonderful, kind feedback. Aneka x
My late Mom taught me to sew about 50 years ago, but I have learned much more from your wonderful videos! One thing my Mom stressed was ending a stitch with the needle and take-up lever up. The stitch was complete when the take-up lever put the final tension on the thread and lock the stitch.
Love this Mike. Thanks for sharing. Aneka 😊
Thanks so much for your kind words. Glad I could help. Aneka x
Thanks Stela. So glad I could help. Good luck with your sewing.
@@MadetoSew Aww you replied
@@stela4802 So glad I could help.
I always learn a new trick when watching your videos. The tip about starting the stitching from the hem is brilliant. Thank you again.
Super Mom so pleased I could help. Thanks so much. Xx
I have so happy I have found you among the 300 or so sewing channels!! Your lessons are so comprehensive!! Thank you so much!!!
Thanks very much Kathy.
Wow, what lovely words Paula. So pleased I could help. Good luck with your sewing. Wishing you all the best, Aneka :-))
Just want to thank you for your time and effort in explaining everything so clearly and precisely in all your tuitions, so easily understood. My mother was a seamstress, but alas I was young to take notice, but at my age now of 46 years young, I want to do this, and this has made it so much easier to understand, thank you x
Thank you. Glad you like my style of teaching. Aneka
Aneka x

Thank you. I'm pleased it was helpful.
Loving these!!!! Just googled for best sewing classes and these classes came up as the most clear and detailed classes. Thanks so much for these!🙏
Awesome! Thank you!
So glad I could help you Lisa. Wishing you all the best with your sewing. X
Truly, thank you so much. You're a great, considerate instructor.
Thank you Amber. I'm glad you found it helpful.
Wonderful news Bev! Thanks for sharing. Aneka x
This is just what I needed to help me relearn basics and overcome some challenges that I’ve been struggling with. Thank you so much for doing these video’s.
Such a pleasure. Glad they are useful for you.
These videos are amazing! You are such a great teacher. Not a single thing to complain about, there can't be any better than this! Thanks so much!
Thank you so much Lauren, that is so kind. Really pleased you like them. Aneka x
My wife loved your tutorials and she made me watch them, but for real, you are amazing.
Thanks Kelly, this really means a lot. Glad I could help. Aneka
Thank you for such an easy to understand clear beginners tutorial. Love your natural teaching style. I’ve had a sewing machine for years but have never really understood how to use it properly. So I’m starting now with your tutorials. No more wonky hems for me : )
Thats great news Carly. So pleased you are finding it useful. I hope you have great fun sewing.
That is a very informative video and one which will benefit me as I noticed that I am having a problem with sewing with my machine. I used it for the first time and the machine didn't sew at all through the material and I have to figure out the problem. I was working on test material so there was no problem there.
Sorry to hear about your machine Sidney, I hope you get it sorted. Thank you for the kind comment. Aneka
Aneka x

Wow, what a lovely message. This is incredible to hear. I am so pleased you make your own costumes, amazing. Aneka :-))
Thank you so much for your tutorials, I'm new at this but old in age and I find that you are awesome at explaining" how to.." , you are knowledgeable and inspiring ! Thanks again, Maria Smith

you're an angel. I spent a week frustrating myself. (Newbie here). Your explanations on tensions totally helped me understand what I was doing wrong and correct it. thank you!
Wow thank you so much Nehita, you are too kind. Really pleased you have enjoyed the tutorial. Thank you! x
Aneka x
Very good and l have learned something keep it up please.
Thank you, I will
These tutorials are fantastic! I've made a few pieces already but wish I had watched this first! Excellent!

Love these videos. I'm teaching myself to sew at 50 and your videos are really helping me with the foundational information we don't get at home just sitting with the manual and our machine.
