      Hi Annie
500mg - 1000mg daily is a good amount but take in smaller doses, not all at once

I don't understand how my legs can have poor circulation when I swim 4 days a week at the ymca and I walk over an hour everyday. I don't drive.
Menopause is so hard ladies. Even if you have a perfect intermittent diet. Thank you God for cannabis or I wouldn't have survived this.
I'm 51...no period for 10 months and some things are much better. No sore breasts anymore. I use to cringe if someone went to hug me.
My night sweats are through the roof and sleep is terrible. I'm nauseous most mornings. I love not bleeding, but I feel like crap without cannabis.

      Hi
Have you tried the herb sage for the night sweats? This can often help quickly. You can get this from most health stores
