Thanks. I was just talking about thoracic spine mobility with my massage therapist. (Goal: accordian vs bird cage) Erf. I did it. Those lunges at the end. I've found an area to work on. I sent this on to my neighbour.

Hiya Tom, I've recently had a motorbike accident wich as busted my knee up badly and pulled all my groin and lower back muslces but I'm still able to walk, I'm just wondering what I can do help my recovery and strengthen these areas, thanks Oz
