Interesting tip I learned regarding the functional hundo thing. A 0/0/15 ditto is a functional hundo. It takes all stats besides the hp of the pokemon it copies.
The best theory i've heard on the bonus stardust pokemon is that they are pokes that usually (always?) are pokemon that carry items worth a lot of money in the MSG. Trubbish for example can be holding a nugget, starmie can be holding a star piece, and the foongus sometimes carry... something from the forest that is valuable, i forget. Meowth won't be holding a valuable item iirc, but meowth and persian learn Payday which farms you cash, I think its a nod to that.
The stagger gym battles not only defeats the gym faster, but also shortens the time window for the defending player to put a golden razzberry to heal them. Another tip, if you're soloing the gym battle, if you don't knockout the pokemon, just back out and battle again, it's way faster and gives less time for the razzberry to be put in.
A few tips I use: 1) If you don't have a long straight area to walk for your daily incense, you can use a shorter straight area. Start walking like normal and then when the Pokémon spawns immediately turn around and start walking in the opposite direction. This is because the game determines if a new Pokémon should spawn by measuring a straight line from where the last Pokémon spawned to your current location, so if you change direction right as a Pokémon spawns you don't actually lose out on distance. Still better to try limiting the direction changes and you might turn a little late and lose out on some spawns but I've consistently gotten around 27 spawns with this method. 2) Don't collect special research rewards or rewards from referral quests until you need them. If you collect then they full up your bag and take space while you don't need them, but if you leave them until you need to use them, they effectively give you bonus bag space. Especially useful for the extra referral bonus that gives you 50 rare candy. Don't do this for timed research as it will time out and you'll lose the rewards. 3) similar to point to if you have an XP or stardust reward you don't need to claim it right away, you can wait until you are going to pop an egg or starpiece for some other event and then just claim it there too. If you know you're going to use a star piece later, don't open gifts until you use it, as gifts give a decent amount of stardust and you can open them to use up any extra time on your starpiece.
Another tip for gym battles: if you encounter a fully stocked, fully healed, gym, defeat one Pokémon, back out, defeat two Pokémon, back out, then go in and defeat three, back out, defeat three again, back out, and repeat. This will decrease the chances of a player getting alerted that the gym is under attack and coming in and fully healing the gym. I’ve battled gyms where a Blissey or Chancey would be in the front, battle the entire gym so that I only need to defeat each Pokémon once more, and then someone came in, healed all the Pokémon, and totally negated everything I had done, wasting a lot of my time.
@@KeffLeTalker you only get alerted when your Pokémon’s health is low and if multiple people are attacking the gym or someone is using multiple devices, you might go from two battles left to none in less than ten seconds.
Also, I recommend that anytime a new Pokémon is spawning in the wild, use pineapp berries on them and hold onto them until double transfer candy. Some Pokémon debut and then disappear once the event is over and you’re not able to get any more candies unless you want to buddy it or use rare candies on them. I’m looking at you, Bergmite.
I truly believe this is the best poke channel on earth, thanks Daxi for the great content, I also appreciate the fact that your videos are not way too long✌🏻
6:18 they give extra stardust because they all have a very good chance to be carrying an item in the classic Pokémon games. Paras is known to hold mushrooms, staryu/starmi stardust/star piece, meowth/Persian gold nugget etc
For a pokemon that moves to the side (ie beldum) give it a banana berry and run and rencounter to have the berry applied with the mon in the center of the screen, making for much easier excellent throws.
This bit on PVP: "If you end up raging...just stop. It's literally just a game." haha this is me, especially when PVP goes into that mode where I need to hit the charge move button 42 times before my charge move initiates.
Tip: in order to prepare for later events be sure to have at least 4 maxed mega pokemons of the same type to mega evolve one for free every single day (its 4 and not 3 as some people think, because the 3 day cooldown starts the moment your mega its not longer active after the 8 hours, for example say you mega your pokemon at 13:00, it will last until 21:00 and the next time you will be able to mega evolve it for free will be at 21:00 three days later, having a 4th maxed mega will solve this!)
With the Daily Adventure Incense what I like to do is go through the area where I'm going to fire it off and clear all of the Pokemon first, then use it and double back through the cleared area.
Extra stardust pokemon are almost always pokemon that get caught with valuable hold items in the main games. Like paras and mushrooms. Meowth is because of its unique move payday

Saving rocket radars or super rocket radars for when their Pokémon is weather boosted can make getting 15 attack for raid Pokémon easier, as it's now minimum 4 IV rather than 0

For my adventure incense it works for me in the car, even at higher speeds. I don’t get that many spawns but it’s better than not using it if I don’t have time for a walk.
Another tip: Always hatch the eggs in the Bonus Storage that arent 12km eggs first. That way you have the space to receive the eggs you get from Adventure sync rewards and Team Go rocket Leaders.
Something to remember when dropping berries in gyms your gonna want to start on the pokemon to the fair right or left so you can quickly switch Pokemon and keep your bonus going up. Iv gotten as much as 3k stardust for a raspberry!!! It's amazing!!!
The way PoGo does it is deceiving... that number is your accumulated dust, not the dust you got for that berry. You can confirm this by noting how much dust you started with and how much you end with. The difference will be 30×the number of berries you fed, regardless of how quickly you fed them.
For the PvP IV search filter - you can also search for ranges as not all Pokemon require 0-15-15 and you might miss a 0-15-14 for example. @@choorah3961 as far as I know it’s that atk stat inflates the CP of a pokemon, meaning that with less attack you get more overall stats for the same CP in PvP. @pokedaxi, regarding boosted stardust pokemon. There is a correlation between pokemon in go with boosted Stardust and pokemon that can be found in the wild holding valuable items in the main series. An example is Shroomish, Paras, and Parasect, which all hold Mushrooms or TinyMushrooms, worth a lot of money in those games. Staru, Starmie, Meowth, and others all have similar items.
About pokestop locations, in the past a lot of those have been rejected for Ingress reasons. A home portal for someone they don't want to get a portal, a portal that is hard to access which no one in pogo would mind but would destroy the experience for people playing Ingress, and so on. In general, make sure it's a public space as it could be a headache to people otherwise (also for potential future games, or in low stop density cells having that exact one becoming a gym and people can't access it), but if there is a community just bullying someone, just appeal it.
I don't know about the daily incense thing. I've gone straight and in a large square, and I find that it says I traveled a farther distance when I go in a square. Just my observations.
3:24 this is very difficult for most city players as these spawns always spawn on other already existing pokemon and for some reason sometimes it is almost impossible to click on them. And when it comes to using incense where there are no spawns, I don't understand the logic except for rural players but people living in medium to big towns/cities always have a lot of spawns and it isn't right to expect them to not play in a busy area due to safety reasons.
In September 2019 I made a second account and used my grandmas phone to shiny hunt scyther. This evolved into me having 4 accounts and with a Samsung phone I now can lucky trade myself and it has been incredible.

It sounds like the Sensors Off setting might make Adventure Sync not work, so just to be on the safe side, it is probably wise to turn the sensors back on if you plan to take advantage of adventure sync when you take a break from the game

I haven't watched the whole video yet but regarding the super rocket radars: depending how old the current radar quest is if you're behind and not up to current affairs you might have to complete the last super rocket radar task before getting the next or more recent one. Am I right or has that changed now?

The fighting gym tip is great; but keep in mind ppl may start berrying the gym if they see they'll potentially lose it. You & your crew have to decide whether to take the Maxx C challenge (yugioh reference) & keep fighting it.
That's not a problem at all because you can only feed a Pokemon 10 times within a 30 minute time span. If 2 or 3 people are working together to attack a gym, any Pokemon that gets fully healed won't last long regardless. Even going solo it's all about pushing through vs the same defending Pokemon until the defending player reaches the 10 berry limit. I destroy Blisseys left and right by myself who keep healing themselves. It's a matter of WHEN you'll take them down. NOT if.
With the levelling up friendship and deleting trick, the person who deletes someone must make sure that person has a gift because when you re-add that person that second person must interact with you to trigger the best/ultra friend notification.
Ya, I don't like this idea at all. Sounds like a good way for people to mess up, and I loose out on 100,000 xp. Just open the gifts on an event day, and hopefully the other person has an egg on.
Omg the best tip mightve been the long hold while making a battle party. I never knew that and it always drove me crazy. O and of course raging in BL. I find myself wat to often just pushing through to finish the set and by the end of it im like why do i play it just aggravates me. Breaks. Excellent tip. 💪
The best place to use adventure incense is on a cruise. The ship goes in a straight line at a good speed and there is nothing around. I used mine every evening on holiday and always got 25+ pokemon.

The widget one is incredible thanks, I had no idea!
Thanks for the vids man.I know it's helpful before even watching it.
Thanks for sharing I always love your videos bro
About pokestop locations, in the past a lot of those have been rejected for Ingress reasons. A home portal for someone they don't want to get a portal, a portal that is hard to access which no one in pogo would mind but would destroy the experience for people playing Ingress, and so on. In general, make sure it's a public space as it could be a headache to people otherwise (also for potential future games, or in low stop density cells having that exact one becoming a gym and people can't access it), but if there is a community just bullying someone, just appeal it.
The widgets are so cool thanks for that tip
Nice video dax!❤
15:49. So helpful
Awesome vid. Never knew the buddy trick eother
Keep up the great work mate
Dude this Tips are beast Thanks
That first tip is OP! I just wish it was for iPhone too 😢
I don't know about the daily incense thing. I've gone straight and in a large square, and I find that it says I traveled a farther distance when I go in a square. Just my observations.
One of the first tipps is to deactivate 'sensors off'. is that something that apple will include?
This is not a predecessor, it's a successor. A predecessor comes before. Apart from that good job @poke daxi - I know I am being pedantic :P
#59 You can use the quick catch method on the pokémons in the stack task, to catch them even faster!
little tip: I write down the number of pokemons I save from field research on my lowest cp Unown. So I can easy keep track of how many there are
+ my biggest tip: autoclicker for feeding berry´s !! Really a gamechanger. You can thank my later
Daxi mate. U put the rest of them to shame. That’s 150+ tips more than some of the other tubers have offered since the game started 😂. These guys who think I want to spend 10 minutes of my life watching them play Pokémon Go and shouting “OMG this is insane” when they catch a pidgie make me appreciate you all the more. I won’t name names just don’t ever change your name to JT Daxi.
Or theDaxiClub
OR Daxi7.....
😂😂😂
I agree with Paul Henderson, that's why I don't even bother watching other Pokèmon Go youtubers. This is the Go to channel.Keep it up Daxi
This was the video that made me sub
3:07 Pythagoras is mad lmao
15:23 another helpful tag for Megas is:
Mega.
Mega..
Mega...
I use the periods at the end so i can easily find either of the 3 that i need easily.
- For me mega.
Is ALL MEGAS even those unreleased. So if i have a good one or say only a 91 of it i will put the best one i have here so i know.
That way if I have a 98 or hundo of it I will no by quick checking.
- Then mega..
Is for currently released megas.
- And finally mega...
Is for megas I need more candies for.
Love using tags even better since they finally let u &!Favorite now.
so useful!!
Now im just hoping for them to finally unlock the IV search for ANY IV thats 0-15 this 0-5 crap is really useless and is only good for really rare rank 1 gbl mons or for searching nundos.
Oh ya we also need to be able to move Favorited search string around. I have the max amount and when i wanna add something to an old one i saved it moves to the bottom.
Very annoying to say the least.
It sounds like the Sensors Off setting might make Adventure Sync not work, so just to be on the safe side, it is probably wise to turn the sensors back on if you plan to take advantage of adventure sync when you take a break from the game
The catch trick doesn't work when i turn off that sensor, so i guess I'll leave it on
@@TheRealMelonFresco it isnt working for me neither :(
@@TheRealMelonFresco You mean quick catch?
@@PSYCHOV3N0M yes
Great Tips!
One little thing about the intro. I think you're looking for either the word successor or sequel, as in "Here's the successor to the previous video." not PREdecessor. This isn't a prequel to the other video.
Overall, great video. It's always nice to be able to share tips with one another. I have one I found by myself, but pretty sure it would get killed by Niantic right away if I shared it.
Another tip is when there is a quest that requires making snapshots of pokemon in the wild, you can instantly delete that photo, instead of waiting for the flash to pop up and then quit the encounter.
Thx master for the 58 tips
Hey I am on Android and I changed my settings and nothing worked for AR. Any tips?
Look at baby face daxi wow. This guy is so cool growing and evolving this is his base stage. Wait till you see evolution.
With love from nyc stay awesome
Thank you for the tips.
15:00 "alot better spent than sitting there " also fleeceking :-)
What tablet is that and how can you open 2 Pokémon apps at the same time?
Thanks Daxi!
out of curiosity, whats the cleanup search line you use?
Most waited one
Now that ive watched this and been using a lot of star pieces lately to grind up stardust ive noticed a lot of those pokemon dont come much but i usually see atleast a few of them whenever i use a starpiece
So you have to have mega evolved that pokemon to get mega energy from walking? Bc I am walking a gyradose but I’m not getting mega energy
6:00 - shadow legendaries have base IVs of 6 so this weather boost does not apply anymore
Hey Dax. It just occurred to me. You could combo a Mystery Box with 2x catch candy bonus every month. Or 2x catch exp. Has this been featured in one of your old videos?
Yes. That's been widely used for awhile. Also, you should keep the meltan till a 2x transfer candy
I haven't watched the whole video yet but regarding the super rocket radars: depending how old the current radar quest is if you're behind and not up to current affairs you might have to complete the last super rocket radar task before getting the next or more recent one. Am I right or has that changed now?
oh, perfect video! thank u for the tricks.. i have one doubt.. I have a Samsung Smartphone and I installed Pokemon GO from Galaxy Store and Play Store..
I have two accounts.. Do you think I get risk use my location to count steps for eggs hatch in two accounts at the same time ?
Woah the first one is huge
THANK YOU DAXI!!!!
Should I make you evolve my Beedrill
The best place to use adventure incense is on a cruise. The ship goes in a straight line at a good speed and there is nothing around. I used mine every evening on holiday and always got 25+ pokemon.
Awesome video! 😍 I’ve learned the hard way, however, that you don’t get a warning if you stack more than 100 field research encounters, you lose your oldest save 😬 Maybe good to point out! 😎
Yes, I found out by losing a bunch of dragons last December.
He covered that in the other video
@@malcolmgervais8457 That’s good of course, but doesn’t help those who haven’t watched that one 🙂
Predecessor means what came before so this is a successor
Thanks for the tips Pokidaxi l but I have one more question, how do you unlock the mega moment research quest?
helpful thanks Poke Daxi😊
12:05 buddies - how do you switch the buddies like this? I can’t do this in my game.
u can get rare candies from ar tasks on community days. Note that not all gyms or stops will give it. Best not to scan them until it starts and u have the tasks
