- Hey dudes✌️ Get ready to join me on another epic adventure as we hit the vibrant streets of Hua Hin, Thailand! In today's episode, we're in for a fun-packed day.
First things first, we'll kick off the day with a sneak peek into my new, budget-friendly hotel. Trust me, it's all about the good vibes here, and it's way quieter than the last spot!
Next, we're off to explore the heart of Hua Hin in the early morning. Our destination? The legendary Soi Bintabaht, a buzzing nightlife street that's sleeping off last night's party. But don't worry, it's the perfect time to give you a tour of this electrifying area. Lights, camera, action! 🎥
All aboard! Our adventure continues at Hua Hin's historic local railway station. This place isn't just a station; it's a historical treasure that tourists can't get enough of. Prepare to be transported back in time as we explore this gem! 🚆
Last but certainly not least, we're heading to the majestic Rajabhakti Park, a wonderland adorned with colossal monuments of Thailand's revered past kings. And guess what? It's a total score because entry is absolutely FREE, and they even throw in a guided tour on a tour bus. Talk about a Bobby Dazzler deal!
Summing it up, Hua Hin has been nothing short of amazing so far, and we're just getting started! 🌟 Catch you on the flip side 🤙

WATCHED THEM ALL MATE!
@@philsummers579 Cheers Phil mate, a few more to come in Hua Hin 👌👌
Hua Hin station is well worth a look, the train prices in Thailand are ridiculously cheaply priced especially when compared to UK! Bintabaht is slowly going to sleep, all movign out to Soi 94 now.
Never thought I'd like a train station so much. It was great reading all the history 👌👌
Love your style, mate. Everyone loves you! The Thais you encounter on your exploits, and we the YT audience. I've just arrived back to Thailand myself. It was many years ago I made my first visit as just a young pup. Glad I'm back and out exploring. You've given me some great spots to visit! Much appreciated, Wayne!
Thank you mate! Much appreciated! Hope you have a great time back in Thailand !!
Great blog mate your room is in a great location take care mate.
Cheers David ! Yes, I'm happy with the new room mate 👍
Great vid again mate, nice to see you enjoying yourself. Like you….LUV DIT!!
Cheers mate 👌👌
love your enthusiasm for a good value hotel room, totally get it haha.
I'm over the moon if I can save a few ££ 🤣
Wayne on the tourist bus!! YES😂😂😂
I never thought I'd see that day 🤣. and enjoying it too 🤣
Thank You, Wayne! Enjoyed the video. Amazing statues of prior Thailand Kings in Hua Hin, def must visit site, park well maintained and very clean by maintenance, yup. Very inexpensive room.
Thank you buddy! The Kings park is really nice, especially with it all being free.
Love this place Wayne your like me Wayne early riser
Early bird 🐦 Best part of the day 👍
Bobby Dazzler digs for price & quiet location mate . HH train station is a gem . My most memorable journeys were on this line . Bkk to Hat Yai & Surat Thank to HH . It was the people I met & hooked up with . You never get that vibe or experience taking plane , mini van or VIP a/c bus .
Glad you bagged a freebie mate 😁
Cheers Paul 👍 it was a Bobby Dazzler of a room mate. The train south was tempting 🙂
Hua Hin Train Station for me.I give it the most beautiful station in Thailand.btw.
I really liked visiting the station, it's a real focal point of the city.
Good video great room nice vew, you could get the bus down to Prachuap Khiri Khan some great places around there.
Nice one buddy!
Thai train's fascinating 🧐those little conductor statue😅
👌🏻🤣🤣
@@WalkAboutWayne LoL great vid statues looking real right now compared to pre COVID
Cheers mate 👌
Lol Wayne has become like a tourist lol😂a newbie
🤣🤣
Nice job Wayne
Cheers mate 👍
Very nice
👌👌
I think there is much to see and do WW and I’m glad you are enjoying it and showing us around - the king statues are wow 👌👋👍🙏
Not enough hours in the day mate, to much to see and do. Thanks buddy.
Take the aircon train to Bangkok, great views along the way, you even get fed, like on a plane all in the ticket price.
The train does look like a good deal 👍
They've been sayin they'll close Bintabaht down for years because its so close to the temple, a Thai family own nearly all that soi. That was the King's waiting room at the station. You can go all the way to Malaysia, night train, around 7.30pm, sleeper, to Padang Besar, then ferry to Penang, made the journey many times.
I drove through that temple, it was very close. I did read about the King's waiting room after. I didn't know Hua Hin's rail station was a tourist attraction. Train to Malaysia would be tempting 🤣. Cheers Steve.
I would for sure take the train to bkk. Stay a night at sukhumvit. Have a beer or 2 at Nana. Lots of fun. Train 200 bht. Train bkk nana 150 bht. 2 drinks nana/square 200. Cheap room 400. Fun? Loads! I like the Thai saying: up to you😅
At soi 5 there is a foodplace at the supermarket. Best food i onow in sukhumvit area i know. Cheap as as well
Probably not my plan, but it sounds a bloody good one mate 👍🤣
Nice one Wayne. Really enjoyed this video mate. Bus with a Thai tour guide speaking the local lingo 😂🤣😂 A voice translator app would have come in handy I guess. The monuments are awesome. Great place to visit. Cheers mate 🤩
Nice one mate! Yeah, I should have put on my google translate. 🤣. I was amazed they done it all for free really. I was expecting to pay at least 200. Thanks as always man.
I was waiting your new video ☺️👍
Thanks mate.
There's 2 other bar areas...Soi 80 & Soi 94 (Wonderland). Neither are too crazy or pushy, just pleasant for a quiet drink & a bit of convo with some nice company.
I did go to Soi 94 one night , looked a cool place for a beer and hangout.
See you in Jomtien Beach soon ✌️😎🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
🤣 You never know , I might just be there .
Love it Wayne! Hua Hin is my first stop. Have not decided if I will stay or go up to Chiang Mai for my year of Thai school. Must learn the language first! Just beautiful! I am an early bird!
Cheers mate! Give them both a try for a while and see what one you like. You'll get by without the language right away, then start learning bits. Nice one.
Loved seeing them kings, nice day out.wayne you could get a bus from hui hin to krabi and do some island hoping, just an idea
Thanks Julie! Sadly , I won't be going more south on this trip but I will be back.
2nd Soi94, much nicer than Bintabat. Also must do the food market on Soi88 just past the RR tracks aome evening. the Pran Buri lake area west side through the pineapple plantations then on up to Pa La-U waterfall is amazing scenery. Go past the winery on the way back.
Nice one ! I went to the food court , it's where all the farangs go and live music. Nice place for good cheap food 👍 Thanks
Nice digs. You know you want to go to Pattaya & buy some speedos🤣
😂😂 I was thinking of Pattaya but probably won't .
@@WalkAboutWayneit's not all what you think of.... you'll be very surprised
I will be in Pattaya at some point , not sure when, but I will be there. 👍
@@onehappykamperOld mate had a bar in Pattaya, sold it & bought a pig farm. More $$ & a hell of a lot cleaner😂
Sounds like no time for further travel south. Chumphon, about another 2-3 hrs south of HH has fantastic options that are also in your wheel house. Thungwualaen Beach very quiet and off the beaten track....next time.
Yes, I won't be going further south this time mate. It sounds great but I've got other plans. Maybe next time 👍👍
If you fancy the islands take the train south to chumphon. You can get a boat their to ko tao, samui etc. It's about 3 or 4 hours on the train. I spent a bit of time on the islands then went samui to surat thani. You could plane home from there or carry on by road to krabi. Real southern adventure. Enjoy mate I love Hua Hin definitely a spot I'd consider to retire.
I won't be heading to the islands on this trip but maybe soon. I think I could easily live in Hua Hin, nice place 👍
I have found in my own travels that tour buses provide a great way to get oriented and see things you might miss.
It was great, loved being on that bus! I will definitely go on a tour bus again 👍
18:45 they're both interested to make some extra money :p
???
Wayne, can you make the case for why you prefer the north of Thailand over the southern part? How does it feel different? Thanks, mate.
Night and day from what I've seen so far. Hua Hin reminds me of somewhere in Europe. It's all a bit more up market. Nearly everyone I spoke to speaks perfect English. Chiang Mai and the North feels more back in time, more traditional, remote and old school.
I agree, man. I love Changmai with all of the temples, culture and nature. I just missed the beach when I was there. If I can convince myself to give up the beaches I will be back in Changmai to retire. Keep on rocking, Wayne. Love the channel.@@WalkAboutWayne
Did you know that there are a coffee plantation amd a wine yard in HH too? I have not visit these yet but will for sure do when I am back😊
No I didn't know that mate. So many things to see here.
Vineyard is well worth a visit, amazing views !
Compare to Chiang Mai Hua Hin seems smaller to me. Even more relaxed than the city in the North. Has it a good medical care too ?
Definitely smaller but not sure about more relaxed. I would say Hua Hin has top medical care.
Surprised they didnt charge a fee for it. When I went to visit the old palace ruins in ayutthaya I had to pay the farang fee (still cheap, mind)
I was shocked that the park was Free!! Even with the tour bus, everything Free!
Us "eye candy guys have to be careful around those bar places. Right? But please do more of this. Too many downer bar vds. Anyway, That guy going thru the bag...more of that here where I live. So we help each other. Sooo, how about Isan?Udon Thani and the area. Even Laos. Cheap hotels. I will sign up for "See S.E A. With Wayne Tours". . Thanks.
More tours on the way after Hua Hin. I have a few places up my sleeve. 👍
Are you using a Go Pro, Wayne?
Yes Paul, I use a GoPro mate.
You may want to know that the little girl in the car accident in CM - I have been told she is ok...
Which car accident was that, there's so many?
as Steve mentioned, which little girl? Loads happen.
The one you did a video about
@@WalkAboutWayne you did a video probably more than a month ago , maybe 2 months - you were quite upset when you witnessed a young girl struck by a car. it was on a side street parallel to Chang klan
@@2kkto2 Oh, the one in the video, I gotcha now. Yes, they was all ok buddy. Cuts and bruises. I found out shortly after. Thanks though man. Do you know them ?
Do you think you could live there?
Yes, I think I could live here . The North is still my place, but I could live in HH no probs.
