Deb Olsen. Why would her parents go to Dominican Republic? Or if she's Chinese and if the parents are Chinese! That don't make any sense sir! Why wouldn't they go to China? If there's Chinese then they should go there right!
SR 0 5 out of 9 kids are orphans: 3 girls and 2 boys. The parents (bless their hearts) are Americans and started looking into adoption despite having 4 (biological) boys of their own already and can still conceive if they wish. The reason being (this’s my opinion & perspective, but I think their parents feel the same too) there are children who don’t have a family to belong to and a place to call home. So why bring more children into this world, when so many are already here all alone: missing and searching for a family. Children are our future and it doesn’t matter whether they have our DNA or not. If we open our arms, heart and home to them, they would shine bright and achieve many great things for future mankind, with our love and guidance to the right path. Children are innocent and easy to mould, so they can easily lose their heir way & end to on the wrong path without anyone or family who care about them.
That’s why these parents firstly adopted Pearl aged 5, who suffers from abnormal spine problem which can’t be fixed and was left at the orphanage. Likewise, Esther aged 10 has a minor spine issue who was adopted on the same trip to China, to bring Pearl back to the States. A couple years later, adoption of Judith, 2 yr old boy abandoned by birth parents, started and came across Daniel who was a couple weeks away from turning 14, after which he couldn’t be adopted anymore due to China law and Eve, 6yr old girl suffering from Down syndrome, the adoption process of all 3 was completed on the same trip to collect Judith, which had never been done before: 3 adoption at the same time. These parents are a saint.
They went to Dominican Republic for business: independent advocate of DoTerra Essential Oil, which is the source of their income since they don’t take financial help from the States or anyone to help raise their 9 kids with one being special needs.
That being said, the statement made above on the parents going to Dominican Republic instead of China in my opinion is racially insensitive and inconsiderate since its suggesting they should go to China instead just because the kids are adopted and born there, without taking into account that children might not wish to visit the place where probably is associated with no memory to be fond of,

Wow! Nicely done Esther! You should do the vlog often. I admire all of you kids. You can fend for yourselves and if I were your parent, I would be so proud with all if you. It's not an easy feat to take care of your younger siblings but you did it so well. I'm proud of you as well, especially with Elijah and Daniel and some others who would take turns in cooking your meals and claim full responsibility in feeding your brood. Simply edited as it is, the video speaks more than what you are showing the youtubers. It speaks more of how love works in the family. Good job everyone! Kudos also to the parents!

Fabulous Job Esther. Although all the kids have matured and grown, Esther has really come out of her shell. Her self confidence is amazing, not shy at all and Daniel WOW, what a dapper young man he has become. I love how he dresses and you can tell he has been working out and you can tell he loves food and cooking. Great vlog!😀👍. Heck, all the kids are amazing!!!!!

This was the best video of ALL the videos that I have watched on this channel. You did an awesome job Esther. Your smile lights u the screen and your speaking voice and the way that you described everything was awesome. I liked the way that you filmed the flowers, birds and animals; the interactions between everyone, giving each person screen time and I also liked the way that you interacted with your Aunt, drawing her into the video. It was fun seeing your Uncle play with the kids. And you made a point of explaining that the food for the birds and animals was purchased right at the park, letting us know that they were being fed responsibly.
How fun to see your brothers in the kitchen cooking and also the way that you all completed your chores. You and your siblings look like they all get along well and you make a point of looking out for the little ones.
I live in Washington State and also spent a lot of time in Idaho. It's been fun watching your family interact at the park and at home. Everyone looks so happy.

I see a lot of my younger self in Esther. She is so kind and always willing to help her siblings. I was the same way with my little cousins, being the oldest. I was also always hanging out with the adults, which I see Esther enjoys doing a lot. She is going to be such a kind grown up.
