Ha! I’m also zone cleaning my bedroom this week. Shocked to see how much dog hair, dust and debris I found behind my furniture was an understatement! I deep clean, declutter and organize in my zone but when the week’s over even if I’m not finished I move on otherwise I’ll never make it to other rooms! Thank you for your complete instructions. NO ONE else provides this and it’s so appreciated.

I found your channel a few days ago and it's really helping me motivated as we set up in our new house (which was a big mess!) I really enjoy the methodical way you do things, from the cleaning/food prep to the way you for at your videos. And the camera work is truly excellent!

Hi there! We have a Queen size bed. We get the 100% cotton sheets from Costco. The Kirkland brand. There's not a lot left to tuck, but the quilt holds them in place. They do make deep fitted sheets, but I think these are standard. The mattress isn't very deep so we had to add a memory foam topper to fit the sheets. 😂 California king is extra long so a standard king might be too short. Hope that helps!

Dear Randi, I absolutely love your videos, your decor style, and how organized you are. You are truly my very favorite TH-cam Channel to watch! I am from California but now live in Tennessee. I aspire to get myself to learn how to design my zone cleaning, mentally it overwhelms me to come up with one for my home. I'm so happy to hear that! 😂 Yes, I clean one room each week. Upstairs (bedrooms) one month and downstairs the next. Any longer than 8 weeks for us and it really shows. You may not get everything done in an hour when you start. but it gets easier and faster the longer you stick with it. Happy cleaning!

I use my vacuum brush to clean my shades, blades, baseboards, vents, furniture if the dust is heavy. It makes it easier to clean everything with the dust removed first. Also, remember to vacuum your brushes off as you go.

Hi, thank you for your great video, as usual! May I ask: what size is your bed, and what size/brand are your sheets? We have a California king sized bed and sheet set, and our mattress isn't as deep as yours, I think, but it seems like you have bigger sheets relative to your bed maybe? I don't think I can tuck my top sheet in at the foot of the bed and fold it over twice by the head. Wondering if there are extra large sheets on the market or something?

Hi there! The blinds are made by Levalor. I’m not sure what the blinds are made of…but not wood. Wood can warp and crack, so we opted for a synthetic material. Easy to clean with a little water and microfiber. Thanks so much! Have a great week! 🥰

I started by making a list of everything I could think of and then I added to it when I was cleaning. You could try the Fly Lady app. It's a great starting point. It's free and it's customizable. She has 5 zones, I have 8.

Please tell me the paint color on the walls you were cleaning and paint brand! I love the color
The closest color match is Behr, Casual Khaki. It's just a hair lighter. but barely noticeable. It's what we used in the bathroom.

Do you use any scented candles or oils like Air wick and glade to keep ur house smelling good?
I need to clean my walls but I don’t think I can use a damp cloth on flat paint, right? Any suggestions? I feel like the flat paint absorbs the moisture.
We have a satin paint finish on the walls that is very durable. Flat can be washed, but... not as well. dirt tends to smear and the paint can rub off.
My husband would never permit me to keep blankets and duvets tucked in like that. They would end up on the floor. 😊
So you don't use any cleaner in the bucket? Just water & the microfiber towel?
Microfiber does all the cleaning without chemicals. Water just loosens up the dirt. Microfiber is very soft, but has surprising scrubbing power.
