    Hello Everyone today i am up with a new video on my weight loss journey as a teenager , how i lost 18kgs as a teenager, in this video i am sharing my weight loss tips that can help you lose weight at home !

    Tips to lose weight :-
    1. Invovle in some physical for 1 or 1 1/2 hours
    2. Say not to refined flour Maggie
    3. No phone before bed
    4. Start loving the home based food
    5. Sleep properly and adequately for about 8 to 9 hrs.....

    My age is 18 and i started my weight loss journey in april 2020...My weight was 80 kg at that time....I started my weight loss journey by changing my food as i added more protein and lean food in my diet, drink 2 to 3 liter's of water everyday and started exercise for only half hour.....I keep on that for 1 year and now my weight is 59 kg(Lost 21 kg in a year) and i still working on my body and weight....Soon, one day i will achieve my ideal body and weight inshallah

      hey dear it’s very easy to lose weight
      it take some patience and your dedication
      i jst turned 17 and i was 80 kg
      and i gave 4 months dedicatedly to my weight loss..
      i didn’t exercise at all ..all i did was completely eliminated junk food..
      like all the package food nd refined flour and sugar instead of sugar i use to take gud (jaggery)...and it helped me to lose 5kg in 1.5 months ☺️and i’m now perfectly fit
      and eliminated all my junkkk and i did not eat junk at all

      Just only vegetable soup salad boiled eggs late night cravings must be stopped in your diet

      @@pallavi2807 hmm I'd probably say eat some vegetables and sleep really good like the latest to sleep is 11pm and my mom's friend said playing basketball because when u jump it helps to stretch out your body more. But if u can't play basketball just do some full body stretches :D but my parents are tall so- T-T I don't really like being tall but I don't hate it. It makes you feel powerful especially when u r taller than teachers XD

    Tip 2: don't eat meggis means noodles
    Tip 3: say not to mobile before sleep
    Tip 4: start loving the home foods say no to junk food
    Tip 5: sleep well(8 to 9 hours)

    Weightloss is a journey in itself. Healthy habits and lifestyle can make you loose weight so easily. I took 2 week 1000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 min workout you can loose 2 to 3 kgs in month which is awesome 👌. Instead of just thinking we should be little active and we can loose weight slowly slowly.

    My weight was 60 kg and my goal is to 45 kg so i do portion control like if i eat full plate of rice or one roti instead of that i eat 10spoons of rice and half roti and i drink alot of water and do half an hour excercise and my weight in one week from 60kg become 56kg

It is very effective you can download that and also you have to be determined and have to be regular towards your workout because you can only see results after some time is passed and also go for running atleast once a day.. you'll see results in 4 to 5 months.. I promise

    Hi siso, I lost 11 kg in 1 month without any diet. I have done only exercise for 1 hour a day only. I don't know how it happened 😂😂😂. Now I am 42kg at 13 years 😘. I not followed diet because my mom not allows. But I'm not eaten Maggie, sweets, chocolates because I hate this food. only home made also spicy 😋😋😋. I think this is reason. I happy now because I was in depression in full month because of judgement of people. 😊😊😊😊😊

    Eat healthy and less
    Get a good sleep matlab sleep for 8 hours and with a proper routine
    Abur bhai jitna bhaag sakte ho utna bhaago
    Kasam se itna hi
    Muscle gain karna aur weight loss karna r different (u need to first loose weight and then gain muscle)
    Edit-Also u can drink lemon and water just these 2 before ur breakfast it helps a lot for weight loss

    Dii iam also preparing for engineering entrance exam✍️📚
    Mistakes i do is😭😨
    1.Not exercising regularly🏋‍♀
    2.Not involving in physical activity⛹️‍♀🚴‍♀🤾‍♀
    3.long sittings😕
    4.lack of proper sleep of 8 to 9hrs😩....i usually sleep 4 to 4.5hr 😴
