@planningcalm as long as you are healthy, go for it. During a 30-minute walk, walk for 10 minutes, jog for 30 seconds to 1 minute, and then walk again, then run again. Runner's Philosophy is "Don't go fast, just go."

I just find it really soothing🥰 I am a Monday start person now, I used to be Sunday start but when I switched to the hobonichi I very quickly and easily adjusted to Monday start and found that it actually works better for me that way!👍🏽 What a wonderful video and so good to get to see you!😊 I love how helpful this is, gets all the needed information in one spot and easy to see what’s going on! Such a struggle… I’ve learned to fold them out of the dryer. No laundry basket. And take the stacks to their place. It’s really helped eliminate the stress of those dang baskets sitting around.

Well …… ding dong - gotta track the YARD bc I just moved to a new state & I need to identify these weeds & my flower beds got outta control 🥴🥴🥴… i do like doing laundry 🧺- hydrogen peroxide & music are my secret weapons!!

I also struggle with carving out down time. I work from when I get up until when I go to bed. I read in order to write a summary about what I learned, I listen to productivity videos when I walk or drive, the only real time I don’t do anything “useful” is while sleeping and while being in the thermal bath with my sun on Sundays when I don’t travel.
It can be difficult set some time out for yourself, but it’s helpful when you do 😊
