@@shiyarkestey8114 First of all Persians did not migrate to Iran from India, they migrated from Russia to Iran. Educate yourself instead of acting ignorant and racist. Persians migrated together with other Iranic people incl Kurds so next time you are being racist think about this. They went through a lot of countries until they arrived in Iran, one of the country’s that they went through were India.
Secondly this new year does NOT come from a specific ethnicity it comes from a nation, Iran. Kurds, Persians, Gilak, Lors and Azeri etc are included in making Nowrooz. Because all those ethnicities that I mentioned come from the Iranian origin. Media was ruled by Kurds BUT only the western name for their nation was “Media”. They used to call their nation for “Iranshahr” and it means Iran. Kurds ruled the Median empire but other Iranian ethnicities also lived in their nation except for Persians. That’s why this new year is called for the Iranian new year however people from the west are uneducated and call it for only “Persian” bc they think Iran means Persian.

Rödiger and Pott, 1842, cited in Lecoq, 1997: 31), while Avestan, although its classification is also unresolved, is traditionally considered to be closer to Eastern Iranian languages (cf. Thare are now 60 million Kurds who live in their native lands and who speak few different unintelligible dialects.
Kurmanci speakers who are in Northern Kurdistan are believed to be descendants of Mitanis and Huririans ,
Kurds in Southern Kurdistan are said to be descendants of medians.
No one can 100% claim anything!
There are also some theories that some Kurds were here even before the wave of Aryan Migration to this region.

There is no Kurd in that era. This is so weird, it is like thinking that your grandparents are your grandchildren! The Medes, Parthians, and Persians, were Iranian tribes. In other words, they were subgroups of the Iranian nation. Kurds are also the descendants of the ancient Iranians. (part of the Iranian nation) I am not claiming that Medes were part of the ancient Persians (tribe), what I am saying is that both of them (in addition to Parthians) were Iranians. Also, we Iranians do not call ourselves "Persians" in our language, The word "Persian" is an exonym, by which Greeks addressed all of the ancient Iranian nation collectively, after one of the Iranian empires (but still the word ("Persian") is used to call all Iranians today. The Iranian name (Endonym) has always been EERAANEE. Learn to differentiate between the usage of the word "Persian" in the western languages.

So what I mean the Kurdish nation consists of two parts. The first part of the ancient Zagaros peoples. The second part of the Medes who settled on the same land. Over time, an empire emerged from them and was able to defeat the injustice of the Assyrian Empire. And the Parisian people were under the rule of the Medes until they were taken over. He created the Achaemenid Empire. Then they wiped out all the history of the Medes, and the rest were their descendants. Then please read history as it is. However, French is not Italian and English is not German just because there are counties called Italy and Germany as Persians attempted to portrait Kurdish language to be when they use the word "Iranian!" Throughout history, anytime a Kurdish Kingdom or principalty arose, the Kurdish language become the language of court, religious aggregations, and poetry, Persians along side your Turkish colleagues either individually or collaboratively brought them down and destroyed and banned the use of it. In the 1920s until 1950s any use of Kurdish language ( speaking or writing), Kurdish music, and custome became illegal and could get anyone using it into trouble in PERSIA or so called Iran. The famous Kurdish poet "Hemin" used to bury his poetry in a box in his home backyard in order to avoid imprisonment or torture by persians. When some of his love poetry leaked out he was strongly denying to be the author in order avoid punishment from Persian authorities. Today, in 21st century, Kurdish language is banned to be used in education in iran even though there are at least 8 to 10 million Kurds live under Persian cohesive and chauvinistic rule.
