And here mine is almost mute 😂 except for guarding, when he is teasing someone into playing or being frustrated/ extremely stressed. Never had to train him to be silent but taught him "enough" to stop his guarding bark. I hope that his silence is because of good care and a fulfilled life so far (he's 8 months so got a long way to go)

My border collie only barks when he has something to say. In the last three months I’ve probably heard him bark 15 times.

He barks at squirrels, leaves, birds, and air molecules....

We just recued a 5 year old boarder collie and she will talk to us. Not a bark but almost like a husky would talk to you. Usually when she needs to potty or qhen we come home
