      Bidhan A Replica's are people too....but seriously she's fucking amazingly gifted/talented and seemingly so damn young. She's got forever to work on any marketing techniques/passion. She does make it look easy and as though 0 fucks given...but there is no doubt she's worked very hard and could be a truly amazing musician in the future if that's what she chooses....hopefully for the greater good of music, she does. ;)

      +Bidhan A Don't ever go by a persons facial expressions and body movements, there are soooo many incredible musicians full of musical expression that don't convey these expressions. I play in the zone when I play music and am almost detached from my physical body. Now I will give you that she is a bit mechanical on this, but she is 14-15 years old! We all know that life experience and listening experience of the vastness of the worlds great musical library ( of all genres btw) are a major ingredient for musical moods to have depth. I played guitar from age 12, went to GIT in 84', and got in solely because I excelled at a range of musical expressiveness over several genres of music. However, my technique was very weak compared to most students there. And on the other hand there were a great many 'robot' sounding guitar players there, including a few teachers, that had amazing facility for technique, but played with no feeling.
      I sat and played blues with a lot of these guys so they could work on feel. It was almost alarming how many guys, and gals locked themselves in the woodshed practicing, but forgot to take the time to just sit and listen to a wide range of music. These days we have EVERYTHING on TH-cam and elsewhere on the web to listen to. The best advice I can give anyone is to ask yourself, Am I a player more than a listener? If so then you've yet to find that passionate thread that goes from your ears to your heart to your fingers. The best, and most feeling players rave on and on about what they are listening to more than what they are playing.
      And then there are the 'painters', maybe I am one of them, but these guys are just born to express the artistic side of the craft and much of the technique is absorbed through some kind of osmosis combined with spending hours just noodling and getting something, seeing a picture or color and wanting to translate that into music. Hendrix was this kind of player. Ultimately if you are dedicated you will sooner or later gain more mastery of every component of playing. I actually found my true musical calling after twenty years of guitar playing in bands and recording, when I discovered the organ. Already a 'tone head' I was bowled over at the amazing tone that came from an old Lowrey Berkshire organ from the 60's that I saved from a landfill. I found a Hammond A100 and a Leslie 122 not long after and played the Hammond about 5 hours a day for about 6 years. Went back to guitar more for a few years and then TH-cam HIT! I found some videos of the great JESSE CRAWFORD, theater organist master and pretty much the inventor of every theater organ technique. Jesse was poor at reading music, but had a great ear and a great memory for music. He was given one of the first Hammond tone wheel organs in 1935-36. The Hammond was the first electric organ. Jesse hated it! Then he was prompted by Hammond with a big contract to promote their organs. He studied under the same teacher who taught Gershwin, and soon Jesse was excellent at theory and site reading. He went on to teach full time for Hammond and wrote many instruction manuals.
      So being a guy who could make wondrous music even out of a kazoo, Jesse spent some time playing the Hammond at first and recognized it's awesome tone. The Leslie speaker came out in 41' and this allowed Jesse to play the Hammond more similar to his theater organ styles. It was the theater organ that DOn Leslie was trying to emulate with his Leslie rotary speaker. Listen to JESSE CRAWFORD REMEMBERING album I posted. Nobody could play a Hammond with this kind of expression. It was this record that inspired me to start playing organ again, but this time I decided to get a few brands of organs since they are dirt cheap these days. Hammond, Wurlitzer, Conn, and Gulbransen I discovered were the best brands of organs for craftsmanship and amazing tone. I play my WURLITZER 4410 ELECTROSTATIC REED ORGAN on my channels opening video. We must preserve these WURLITZER electrostatic reed organs, Hammond tone wheel organs, and CONN VACUUM TUBE OSCILLATOR organs, all of the 30's through the early 60's. PLEASE ALL YOU GUITAR PLAYERS OUT THERE, NEVER DESTROY AN ORGAN FOR IT'S TUBE AMP AND SPEAKERS! These organs are every bit as serious a musical instrument as the finest guitar and amp, violin, or any other great well built instrument. Have some respect will you?

Especially if it is not recorded from a concert, which means that you can play and record not the first time. When TH-cam appeared, I could not believe that you can earn money there. Well, if you hug with wolves or bears, then yes; amazing and scary. but that views and earnings from this kind of music "went" - did not expect. maybe I have strong genes? Some of the best guitarists in the world, who have been playing decades longer than she has, would readily admit that they cannot perform some of the same feats on the fretboard that she can. She is a once in a lifetime virtuoso on the guitar. The combination of her talent, feel, speed, accuracy, dexterity and complexity is truly a gift from God. I know we’re not supposed to say this, but she's performing these covers better than some of the guitar legends who wrote them.

    • @imoffendedthatyouareoffended
      @imoffendedthatyouareoffended 2 ปีที่แล้ว +16

      It’s not a gift, it’s practice dedication and a love for music. She didn’t pick up a guitar from day one and was able to do this. She most likely started with a different instrument I’d assume another string based instrument and moved to the guitar. This is what dedication and practice looks and sounds like.

    • @broteinshakesanders7773
      @broteinshakesanders7773 2 ปีที่แล้ว +41

      @@imoffendedthatyouareoffended my point is that in order for her to perform at the level that she is, she has to be gifted with a certain baseline of talent which is actuated by time, practice, and dedication. Not everyone is able to achieve the same level of excellence regardless of how much they practice. She is able to play at a higher level, despite her age and deficit of practice, than many accomplished guitarists who've been practicing decades longer than she has. Practice can only take someone as far as their talent enables them, and vice versa. The combination of the two is what separates accomplished musicians from prodigies.

    • @bradenstackhouse1335
      @bradenstackhouse1335 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@broteinshakesanders7773 false talent isn’t really a thing unless your talking about mentally writing music. Almost anyone with enough practice can learn to play something that somebody else wrote.

    • @broteinshakesanders7773
      @broteinshakesanders7773 2 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      @@bradenstackhouse1335 songwriting and guitar playing are two separate, although often overlapping things. There are people who are gifted in one, or the other, or both. When we're discussing guitar playing exclusively, there are extremely talented players who perform certain complex songs better than the guitarists who actually wrote those songs and practiced them for a substantially longer period of time. Conversely, I know some extremely gifted songwriters who are average or even subpar players compared to certain studio guitarists who only play other people's songs, despite playing and practicing much longer.

Another 6 months and I think I’ll have stuff like this down. But I do practice on average at least 2 hours a day. Over the total 6 months I’ve not played guitar a total of 12 days, mainly because I’ve damaged my back or I needed to game instead so I could let my fingers heal. Practice practice practice. I just watched the original by Yngwie and he looked absolutely spent after playing it. Tina looks like she was thinking about what to eat for lunch after the shoot!
    She is without a doubt the best electric guitarist I have ever seen. I too add my voice to all those that wish to see more of her fantastic skills.
    (Edit) I did a bit of background viewing of this girl and I think I should modify my assessment. Judging by the way she as an 8yr could play a classical guitar, even forming chords with her small hands, she is simply a phenomenal player of any guitar. I stand in awe of you! Exceptionnelle. @Archer25001003775 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That's an understatement. Arpeggios From Hell, Blitzkrieg, Prelude To April, Caprici Di Diablo and Trilogy are his hardest songs; the first two are composed to BE hard with difficulty and technicality in mind. She nailed one of them nearly perfectly concerning technique and tone.
      But Malmsteen's songs aren't as hard Paul Gilbert or Jason Becker songs because Yngwie likes to play in a linear, predictable way. What's really hard is to play with some weird fingerings and ridiculously high action like he does.
      That said, it takes mountainous talent to be able to pull anything Yngwie does off.

    For those of you who think Tina is bored, soulless, no passion, etc, please watch her cover of Steve Vai. If you still feel the same way, then we might as well agree to disagree. You have to listen and feel the energy coming out of her guitar, instead of just watching for some type of 'performance'. She's not flashy like most rock musicians and I believe a lot of that is because she's classically trained. When she starts playing, she goes into the 'zone' much like a professional athlete. The emotion and passion comes through the guitar. It has to be heard and felt. You can also see it subtly in her face and body movements. You can usually see her 'enjoyment' right before or after she plays. John Petrucci is very similar and I don't believe you would call him soulless or lacking passion. Maybe you prefer someone putting on a show, but I prefer her style and hope she doesn't change. For me, when you combine the ability to display the passion/emotion in the music with her technical ability and the ability to make everything look effortless, she's unbelievable and magical. That's why she has loyal subscribers and large numbers of viewers. It's not about gender or age, it's the way she plays and how people feel afterward. If she comes back playing christmas carols on a ukulele I'll pay to watch. If she chooses some other path then i'll happily support her (even though she doesn't need my support) and wish her the best. I'm sure a lot of her fans feel the same way.

      Don't do it.
      Playing guitar is the best therapy there is, at least it is for me. It takes time. If you're transitioning from C to G seamlessly, then you're on your way.
      It will get easier with time. Your muscle memory will start to kick in. I joke about throwing my guitar into the fire pit all the time. Especially when I see and hear these young musicians. It can be very frustrating at times. I've been playing for about 30 years. I still suck! Hell, I'm just happy when people recognize what song I'm playing. Keep it up brother. This girt has been playing since she was 7, I think, but you just know that she has probably played hours and hours every damned day.
      I wish I had that kind of time.
      Music will always be there to help to get through the rough times. Always.
      But if you want to feel even worse, look up this girl who wears a hijab I think the channel is something like Melmesickoannie. She's pretty amazing too.

      @Ygerna 5 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@peersvensson9253 who cares about "feelings". Let everyone play as they want. She is not giving a live concert where I would argue that she should show more stage presence, but here in a video on TH-cam? People like you always have to nitpick at something unimportant while being unable to appreciate someone else's talent.

      I never thought that it is possible to surprise by performing a work that "relies" on a group. Ilya Khmyrov, Minsk, 35-37 years old. or khmirov ilya.
