She saw herself as a newbie. Despite her her clear virtuosity and otherwordly talent, guitar is not her life. I get it. This is the behavior of a high functioning prodigy with an extremely high I.Q. and many interests, with the ability to be highly successful in multiple exploits. Ungawa said that Tina Setkic is in the witness protection program so she is keeping it on the down low!
It could well be maybe she doesn't want the career pressures associated with fame since she had a taste of it with all the rude and jealous comments she's been given. She probably realises that there isn't enough time for a music career and medicine so she had to make a choice! I'm only guessing!
