      Hey Richard hows it going. Yeah I thought so too until I researched some of the detailing industries "top" soaps. I found some gallons priced at $60.... others priced as high as $84/ gallon. If yer a vehicle detailer, this may not be for you. However, large vehicle, fleet vehicles or Big rigs and buses this would be the way to go.. take care Richard and thanks for watching👍

    I’ve seen Phil Miranda use a spray bottle as his foam cannon.

      Hey Ed, actually I use a weed sprayer a lot of the times to apply a prewash. Maybe a mild degreaser or apc. Works good as well ... foam is good but not Always neccessary... take it easy Ed! Thanks for watching.

    Hey man, how do you like this compared to Stars & Stripes? I have been watching both their channels like crazy lately.

      @detailit  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Bel Lavoro, man that's a tough one. I'm an Affiliate for Image so I'd Love it if EVERY person on planet earth bought it.🤣... honestly I think SS is a tad more effective.. I've used both, own both. SS has lower ph on step1/ higher ph on Step2 aka Neutralizer... I have to give the edge to Chem-X..

      Hey Bubba. Yeah it's hard to know what the BEST way to shoot these videos would be. Wish had been able to show a bigger contrast as well. In my opinion, Chem-X stars & stripes works a tad better. The ph levels are stronger. Love the Chem-X S/S. Hope that helps. Take care!

    Do you have to hand dry it afterwards? or do you just let it air dry..

    • @detailit
      @detailit  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey GreenLawn Co, you can blow dry or towel dry. I always advise drying unless you have DI water . Also, dont use this in direct sun when its HOT... here in California I'm limited to about 6 months per year that I can use this system. It is definitely a great system worth a shot. Use my code for a 10% discount. The code never expires and you can use it everytime.

    Why do you wanna start at the top and just waste all that soap you have on the incident down use the bottom and wash it up and you won’t have anything wrong are used to run the truck wash I don’t know what’s wrong with you people wanting to go to the top to the bottom think about it

    • @detailit
      @detailit  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I have No idea what yer saying! Touchless rinse bottom up then top down.. that's just how it's done... this was my first experience with this system ... I've got it down pat now. Watch a newer video.. Stars & Stripes

    • @wolf1957lv
      @wolf1957lv 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I should’ve read it before I sent it off. I used to own a truck wash we used an acid like the first step and then we used the soap, but the soap we had come out of our wand and a high-pressure and we washed from the bottom up so acid still could react you would be washing it off. So this really isn’t a touchless wash, but it’s pretty close. I guess I’m gonna try it.

    • @detailit
      @detailit  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @wolf1957lv this is Acid based soap 1st, then alkaline based soap second.. it is a Touchless wash, atleast that's what it's marketed as... not sure what would be different. Same principal I'm thinking. Thanks for responding
