For me my body type I was always insecure of. I’m short waisted so I always thought I was boxy looking and fat. But I’m 110 pounds so I’m not overweight by any means but in my eyes I always thought I was. But working out has really helped me love my body way more and toned it better. I hope all of us someday can realize how beautiful comes in so many different shapes and forms. ❤️

They are whole wheat pasta, lentils, brown rice, beans, green peas, oatmeal, fruits, carrots, white potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, whole wheat bread, whole wheat wheat Chex, and raisin bran. These are healthy carbs, low in fat, high in protein, and high in fiber. Brown rice is healthier than white rice, whole wheat pasta is healthier than regular pasta, green peas are extremely nutritional for you. I know sweet potatoes are healthier than white potatoes but don't give up the white potatoes either. The white potatoes are extremely nutritional as well.

About a year ago I needed to know my weight for an activity but at the time u didn’t have a scale near by so I guessed. I was around 14 lbs off and for the 2 weeks I had before the activity I tried so hard to loose weight to get to what I said I weighed. It made me super stressed but in the end I lost 5 pounds. Not a lot but still a difference
