Hola. Muchas gracias
Hi Naomi? Can we go as an Au Pair in Australia with tourist visa? Because in Europe Au Pair is not categorized as working, except in Austria. What about Australia?
Hi there. To be honest I am a bit unsure. I think Australia is still working on the rules regarding au pairs at the moment. I guess since you are technically being paid "pocket money" and not a salary you could do it on a tourist visa. However, I believe more and more families will demand their au pair to have a Working Holiday/Work and Holiday visa - and I can see that the Au Pair World homepage also tells people that they need either of the aforementioned visas to work there. I would go with a WHD visa to be on the safe side :))
Thank you so much. I am so glad to hear that you found it helpful! Yes, you can always find me on instagram @NaomiKonberg. Slide into my DMs or if you think the questions could be relevant to others you can even pop it in the comments here@@fumikiamori7793
Hi there, the other au pairs I know and I paid the cost ourselves. I guess in some instances it is possible to make an agreement with the host families where they pay for it
Hi there, I don’t know what the rules are on visas and wether or not they can be converted. My guess is you’ll have to apply specifically for the student visa if you are looking to study. Best of luck!
Derinde hvor man søger et visa, står der: "The applicant may be required to attend an Australian Government Office for an interview. Which is the closest office to the applicant’s current location?", men her kan man ikke vælge noget i Danmark. Kan du huske hvad du valgte her?
Thank you so much for this video! New subscriber❤️

And know that these AU pairs are sleeping with the husbands! Don’t let them in your house!
