In the middle of our build nice to pick out all our finishes at Vista Alta
Great video once again. We just moved into Veramendi in Oct. and love the community, cant beat the location.
Comparing the planned Veramendi retail options with Domain or Pearl is a bit of a stretch. Reality will be much more down to earth unfortunately. Great summary of the current situation though. Appreciate the updates.

Cool. We just signed the contract a few months ago so it looks like a long wait for us. 18 months is what builders there are suggesting which seems insane.

Veramendi sounds awesome but the schools seem pretty average at best. That's why we're leaning more towards Esperanza (Boerne) or possibly Meyer Ranch...

Be warned! Veramendi is not set up for internet and there’s no way to know when we will. We were told by our Builder one week before closing. If you work from home, you have to find some place else to work. 😠
The signal is not the greatest there but I’m able to send video texts from the new section toward the back
I’m glad for you but I need a LOT more than that to work full-time from home.
