My wife and I just spent two days with Raad touring different neighborhoods throughout New Braunfels. We are now back home and armed with the information necessary to make an informed decision about our cross country move. Thanks Raad

Great video Raad. We moved down here to find a place to retire. We've been here now for 2 months and we LOVE the area and the people are really so friendly. We started looking at New Braunfels about 6 months ago as a possible place to move to.
Our motives were financial (No state tax and low cost of living), Weather (We were coming from the high North and we looking for someplace with a warmer winter) and political (We were coming from a blue state and wanted to move to a red city in a red county in a red state).
We saw Raad's (Pronounced Rod) video's on TH-cam and contacted him and he's been great to work with and we highly recommend him. We quickly found a beautiful home and are closing on it here somewhere around or on June 1st.
It's funny but we feel like we should have moved here decades ago. Once you get here it just feels so right (Plus I'm a foodie and the area is LOADED with options).

Thank you Sir for that ringing endorsement. You two are model buyers because you know specifically what you want and when you want it. For sure, it's a different feeling here. Lot more freedom in NB. Plus a ton of restaurants, like you said. You won't go hungry.

Love your video once again. We’re looking forward to visit New Braunfels within two weeks. You can’t beat the weather, cost of living, no state income tax etc.

Get to know the community and do good things? Join Elks club in New Braunfels near downtown on Seguin street. Bands and dances some on weekdays lots of social fun in friendly setting.

Ok.....gotta know. What is the name of the restaurant that served the “build-your-own” Rueben sandwich?
