Dual stick and pedals! I would definitely love to especially since I haven't gotten to use it since they buffed its HP this patch
@@SoloPlayerSeven also i saw you talk about trying the bucc but then swapping to sabre - could you talk about why that is? I'm not familiar with either ship really.
@@herbv3449 the buck is a very solid ship because of its class as an interceptor. But in that moment I did not like the way it felt in atmo so I decided to switch ships

What’s your thoughts on all of the Sabres? Primarily the base, comet and the firebird?
I think the tunings on the base and comet make them generally bad even in their own archetype, they feel larger than they actually are when the hornets can rotate almost as fast as lights. The firebird is interesting because is basically an aegis shrike lol with better guns and interceptor tuning. If missiles were more consistent I think the FB would be a massive threat in a fight. All three benefit from 40% reduction in signature emissions meaning you can sneak up on an opponent better than 90%of fighters. Over all I like the idea of all three but their tunings/gameplay make them difficult to recommend outside of pve

The fights seem more engaging in this new patch. Merges seems to happen way more readily instead of one or both sides accidentally jousting.
Absolutely, you have to intend to joust in this FM, but it's also the best way to fly an interceptor currently
I loved the sabre before they nuked one of it's shields. It was a perfect little ship up till then. Though I will give it a go after watching this vid. They destroyed the F8C lightning so fast it's not worth using in PVE bounty hunting. You throw so many rounds and nothing barely happens.
The Sabre was one of my first ships back in 3.9! it takes some patience and i really think the base sabre needs different tunings but its a fun ship because of its small forward profile but awesome damage output
