    That's something i was looking for.... i have tight hamstrings and sometimes I feel tightness in my IT bands also. It will be really helpful if you can make some mobility videos on them. Your videos are so helpful.

    I love this Vlog. I have bad hips from catching fast pitch softball since I was a kid through college. Any videos that stretch the hips I need. I already implement the stretches you showed earlier and they have been helping for mobility. Thank you

    Love the mobility tips! I know you’ve gone over some of these, but I have trouble with ankle mobility.. can’t keep my heels on the ground when I’m in a squat position...

    What stretches/mobility exercises would you recommend for injury prevention during explosive activities in crossfit? Specifically around the hamstring/groin area.

      Hello, that would be all around maintenance. Stretch what you're about to work. Warm up well

    I've been use GOWOD for mobility to improve my hips and ankles. I look at exercises for ankle area on GOWOD but it seems its more focused on the calves? Is that correct for improving ankle mobility? When I squat, I seem to keep lifting my right heel off, when I get super low. Sometimes I change my stance and it helps by turning my feet out a bit, just thought I'd ask or keep searching the internet...I did enjoy this video though and love the banded stretches. Thanks :)

    Love these stretches and do them almost everyday with GOWOD. I tweaked my lower back last week. Do u have any specific stretches. None of the ones I have tried are really hitting the spot

    Great video on these different stretches. I use some of these stretches after days of heavy lifting. What stretches would you do if you were doing deadlifts? Does it matter what band you use for the hip stretch? Could you use the rig for the stretch to help you with the overhead squats & if you need help with shoulder mobility?

      Most of these will help both the DL and the OHS! Use that rig instead of the wall. Just move slow into it!

    Hey kristi. I have a mobility question. Can you do for lats? My trainer said I have really tight lats upper and the lower lats.

    My lower back! I end up pinching my sciatic nerve on either side a few times a year and it takes me out of the gym for a least a week! I hurt it doing all deferent types of movements, front squats, power cleans, snatch, deadlift anything with the hips hinging. Being 6'6'' doesn't help. Could you show us some drills to strengthen and stretch it? Thank you!! Love the videos!

    I loved this video so much! I’ll be doing those goblet squat holds to try to improve.
    Some things I’d be interested in seeing in your next video:
    How to build strength in your back/shoulders for an overhead squat. If that makes sense ? :) p.s. I’m working on those exercises to build up to pull-ups and toes to bar! That has to be my favorite video so far. (The toes to bar)
    And also, I would love to see your entire nobull collection. All the sport bras and shirt colors especially! And a closer look at the fabric of the leggings. They’re expensive of course so.. seeing all the details would be nice :)

    What's the point of using a band for stretching? Isn't it the same if you did the pigeon strecht without a band?

      Thank you! It will increase the pull on the stretch. You will feel that band fighting to pull back your attachment!

      Yes!! That is why we will keep doing it all! You got it, we try to switch it up, our last banded vid had a few uppers, and we have a t spine opener vid as well on the channel! But def will try to hit all the angles!
