Honestly, I was half-expecting (on the last game) that since the winning total was 0 points, they technically had a draw since the points were equal. Then they could have argued over that and gotten more funnies.

Galm had the disco card. That would've reduced everyone's hand down to the lowest amount. It wouldn't have actually helped Chilled, as he'd still be stuck with the two zeros and the color would still be green.
