    This wasn't my favorite format. I didn't really like the warm up circuit. And the other circuits felt really confusing. But I truly love everything you do and I was definitely sweating and tired at the end!! Mission accomplished 😊 Thanks for another great workout Amy!! ❤

    Wow.. this was complex for sure.. for the blast round i just did jacks for each round.. it was getting way too complicated for me 😂 but loved the workout Amy ❤❤❤
