      Haven't used Rhino in ages, but I'd imagine you can convert the sub-d's to nurbs and use the resulting surface boundaries as a starting point.

      Hi thanks. If I understand you correctly, your problem should be: After pressing the command, there are single or group options in the command panel, change it.

      @@AdamArchh thank yo for your answe!...I though it was the solution, but the only command in the panel after pressing the comand and select the three faces is "insert distance"..., i dont know how do to select that option :(

    • @AdamArchh
      @AdamArchh  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      If there is no group option, there is no solution, but there is an alternative, although not very good. Wipe the inner edges one by one, make the floor a single surface and then apply the action you want.

    But how did you get the final geometries to render? How did you separated the joints - the black curves in-between the wooden panels? thank u

    • @AdamArchh
      @AdamArchh  3 ปีที่แล้ว +11

      Hello, thanks for the comment. I did not physically separate the wood panels from each other. I just used a visual splitter using the command from Subd tools (SubD Multipipe). I need to make a separate tutorial video to create gaps between wood panels or to produce slabs.
