Before using the 'tween curves' command; type 'history' into the command bar. There is an option to turn record history on or off. Choose ON. Then proceed with TweenCurves and you'll be able to control like the video shows. Hope that helps!

Not much, Rhino is a very friendly software, if you know AutoCad then you already know 50% of Rhino, many of Rhino's commands are identical to the ones in AutoCad.
How could you drag a point of a curve and it applied to all other curves ?

when I move tween curve right un the first stage only first curve gets lifted unlike you all curves are not lifted.
I think your record history was not on.
on the lower right, activate Record History
too fast...
