Surely it's impossible for Apple Glasses to look like those mockups. How on earth would the user be able to focus on the images in the lens without additional lenses between the eye and glasses screen. If anyone know how please inform me.

@southerncyan4098 that much battery life is an absurd request with out current technology, you're asking for a battery life 4x the amount capable of current vr abd ar headsets. The most you'll need is 6 hours. You won't be using the virtual features every waking moment of the day. That being said, the minimum battery life would need to be about 4 hours.
if these glasses were to be much like the Meta glasses with the camera and even better with LiAR, I could see myself potentially purchasing them. As the Meta glasses provide much accessibility to a visually impaired/blind person (which I am). Being able to read text identify signs describe buildings and doors. Tell you what’s in the environment and so much more. The metal glasses can even read handwriting. So yes, if Apple were to make a Meta type glasses, I would certainly consider it.

They've patented a recording feature that notifies you when it is on because when they released the google glasses (earlier model) with the visible camera it unnerved people an it was banned in a few public places, so now if it's recording you will be notified which I like.
Looking forward to upgrading my iMac towards the end of the year. Looks like the replacement will have to be an Apple Studio but I’m not sure what display to buy for it. The Apple Studio display looks great but is way too expensive.
I been a optician tech for many years. There’s many glasses in the market for $600 plus and with no tech, it’s just for fashion . $500 is a pretty good price point.

@@markfcoble I have used it tremendously so I’m sure the battery has gone through many of its charging cycles. It replaced all my notebooks so I haven’t needed to buy any paper or folders since I’ve had it. I’ve done some programming and recorded music on it so I would say I’ve got my money’s worth out of it. Someone buying a pro model just to watch TH-cam videos on it is throwing away money.
Most of what you said i can do with my fold 4 and xreal glasses. I own both the xreal and rokid glasses. On the bridge of the nose for the Rokid and temple for Xreal you feel heat the Rokid can almost get hot with time. The more sensors you pack in the more heat.
I will agree with that, I still have the first gen 9.7 inch, but I have been really thinking about upgrading that device this year, as well as a new phone, maybe new AirPods, among some other things if I can save up enough to buy, all at some point, but for right now, I’m considering spending a bit on some new trains or my other hobby of sorts….

Im really hoping to get a new IPad mini 7 this year, I've been using an IPad Mini 5 and its beginning to feel a little behind. Ive also got an IPhone 13 mini and the pair are really well together. With the phone being smaller it encourages me to keep it in my pocket rather than be a vegetable all day, with the IPad Mini 5 Ive used it as a PDA and organizer for my class notes and other studies.
Looking to get myself the M1 MacBook Air soon, something I should've done a while back. I think it's still a competitive device till this day at it's current price

This year I am hoping to buy my first camera but I am still not sure which one to go for.... Also just a little bit of feedback. On the video cover you show a smart glass with the apple logo on it and apple apps on the glass part. To make it a more realistic representation of smart glasses you should invert the app logos. Also you make really great content that I enjoy watching. Keep it up!

that is a solid price for an apple product i have percription glasses so i can't use them though on an unrelated note can you use ipad air 5th generation with hands that have either cream, water, grease, or oil on them it was fine with my ipad mini 4 no damage at all but i heard the 5th generation air has a different type of screen than the ipad mini 4 so i want to know if it can handle those items on screen like the mini 4 or if it would damage the screen.

I'm so conflicted. None of my apple products are apple silicon, so I can't decide what to buy first, an iPad M4 / Air M2 or upgrading to an M3 Macbook Pro or an M4 pro when it comes out first because it's Mac OS is more useful. But there's always refurbs, so dunno whether that's a better bet. It's all so flippin expensive tho! 😫

I would get iPad Pro but can’t afford yet. I have 2 or the 4s. I would buy the glasses if similar price and low emf like watch. Being close ro head emf could be issue. The watch has very low emf with only blue tooth so hopefully glasses run same way.

Besides that, I bought the new 11 inch iPad Pro with 264 gb of storage and I kinda think I could use more storage. Maybe I’ll upgrade in a few months to the 13 inch with 1 tb of storage…

Look up even realities G1 they are already doing it. Juiced up up with Apple Intelligence and IOS would be wayyyy better

Definitely, Battery life makes or breaks these in terms of usefulness (gotta be able to get 12 hours at least ideally)
