Awesome video! I really liked how you broke down each stat as is presented on the watch. I am seeing stats on my watch now and I can now interpret what they mean.

How to I set it up? Do I have to run 7 days in a row? The message on my app keeps saying "Please run FLAT terrain with Run or Track Run mode for at least 7 days before EvoLab can give an accurate assessment for your personal fitness"

If you do other sports like Cycling and Swimming does the app take those into account when calculating training load and fatigue etc?

I'd like to know that as well, seems very running focused, but things like training effect, fatigue and recovery shouldn't be bound to a specific sport. Polar has similar metrics and they're not bound to any sport and that makes more sense, as your body itself is not.

I’m having a problem unlock Coros Evolab. I run 4 times a week and I run on flat terrain and road pavements, but I’m still not unlocking it. Do I have to do training sessions that are AT LEAST 20 minutes long? If so that’s most likely why, because I do multiple training sessions not one long one.

Hi there, I am a senior runner.. Which Coros has the brightest screen? I find it difficult to see the information when I am running.

Is there TrainingPeaks integration? Meaning can I download my workouts to the watch?

A lot of this stuff seems like the things that Polar flow provides but at a lower price point? anyway great review.

Raises COROS' game in this regard , up with some of the other brands out there for sure.

Yeah this is catching up to Polar or Garmin is some regard, it's always good for customer to have options without having to miss much stuff from one brand from another though, and that comes from a Polar owner 😅

@@TheRunTesters I watched it again. It is much more. Very interesting. Question.. Which Coros has the brightest screen? I need reading glasses so a big bright watch screen is very useful on the run. I now have the GARMIN Venue SQ but it is lacking a lot of running functions.

@@i.p2088 as far as I know the Garmin Venu SQ has a standard LCD display, whereas any of these COROS use transflective display, which turns brighter the more sunlight it gets. If you care about bright displays outside these coros will be miles ahead of the Venu SQ in terms of visibility, if you care about bright displays indoors, the Venu SQ is likely to have a better display. These watches have a backlight button and it turns out to be readable almost anytime and anywhere, but the resolution and the color quality indoors is a whole different topic compared with the Venu SQ, which is better.
