I loved this as a kid. Still a favorite. This was the largest GI Joe toy I ever had. We could never afford to spend the cash on the HQ

Great find incorporating the L.A.W. with the platform. I'll be displaying mine the same way, thanks! Great review, as always.

I had such a great time with this toy as a kid. Never seen it with a HAL and sandbags before, that looks cool!

Your modification with the green canon and stuff made it look really awsome!

Nice review. I am curious of what others who had this as a kid thought of it, I myself thought it was awesome since i had several small creeks to play in those adjustable legs give it a lot of play value on unlevel ground.

Had this ‘Action Force’ branded in the UK ... also an earlier base which was mostly cardboard with different rooms. Great vid

cool review, never knew that about the L.A.W , one thing you missed is the red ladders and missiles are also a common missing part on 2ndary market ones

Ah, yes. The TTBP. I always felt that it was a great piece and accessory to complement the USS Flagg. It adds more play-factor due to a lot interactive gadgets and doodads between the playsets.

This is great timing Kevin I was just looking to add this to my collection the other day. It's a great toy.
To be honest Kevin, I cringe a little bit when you were hooking the tow rope to the platform, I'm always a little afraid it's going to break.

That’s a GREAT tip to use the L.A.W. in place of the helipad. Now I need one...anyone have an extra L.A.W.? I have a “97” Night Landing almost complete just missing the knife for trade.

Nope. Even with the legs off its too forward heavy.
