Prashanth, you seem to have taken chauvenistic tone in your review. The responsibility of taking care of a child isn't only that of a mother / women. Times have changed. All through your review you are providing references of mother not taking care of the child.. mother being not attentive and prioritizing mega serial , maavu aatarthu etc over a child. As a father i too have lapsed many a times in taking care of my child and been less focussed. I guess our attitude towards parenting needs to change from being a mother's responsibilty to that of parent's shared responsibilty. Your tone and references in this review should have been neutral.

You earned my respect for this review sir, I watched the movie in OTT and it's really a must watch movie for all parents especially girl child's parents, you have to understand a child's behaviour and spend time with them and listen to them more, rather than just giving a phone or buy them things, you should understand their each and every emotion and feelings. What a movie heart touching movie, we should all encourage movies like this which will make a difference in a common man's life.salute to the maker of the movie

A simple yet gut wrenching thriller that deals with child abuse! The First half of Chithha is just brilliant..💯It keeps u hooked and worried that no evil should befall the kids, although you know that the story is heading in that direction..,It makes you get involved in the plot without you even realising it.!! Second half is more of a social drama with some grim elements...🖤
