You bring up a very good point here, sports stadiums are not meant for such events. The government should have a different venue for cultural and entertainment events. TN where cinema is celebrated one needs to have a cultural or convention center, have a fixed capacity, also give powers to local officials to decide if events are violating safety guidelines. Lot of thought needs to go into planning such events. Glad the audio launch was canceled.
