  • Cocoa Beach condos under $200K Yes, you can live in Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral under $200K. If you thought living near the beach is expensive, I will bust that myth in this video! The 10 condos mentioned in this video have had condos sell in the last 6+ months under $200K. The condos are in Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral Florida and are located EAST of A1A (no highway to cross to get to the beach).     nobody is getting anything within a 70 mile radius of Austin, TX for under $200k. not even one side of a 2/1 duplex.

    Looking for a condo right now in Cocoa Beach. There’s still some decent ones out there on Zillow for under 200k. I’m hoping those prices stay as I’m looking to purchase in about 2 months

    What about condos and the under $200,000 range that actually have a washer and dryer in the unit. Not necessarily beachfront but close.

      Most of the under $200k "beach-side" will not have washer/dryer in the unit. Maybe in Merritt Island or on the mainland there could be options. You could be within a 20 minute drive to the beach

    This video must have done its job a year ago when it was made. Because the sellers and condo associations are all on the crack pipe now. They want Miami prices for North Florida living. Not gonna happen to anybody who knows how to look at prior sales history.

      Yes, the prices have risen the last 12 months but the price to live near the beach in either Cocoa Beach or Cape Canaveral is still waaaay cheaper than other beach communities (especially when you compare to the Miami, Ft Lauderdale, or Boca Raton area)

    Hello Eric. Are there still any condos still available in Cape Canaveral or Cocoa Beach? Beach side. At least a 2/2. And under $200,000? And pet friendly also.

    Hey Eric, I’m wondering what the rental income looks like for these units? Do most owners use Air BNB?

      Great question! The answer is "it depends"
      It really depends on the rent restrictions for the condo association. Each association has their own rules/restrictions.
      Even if they allow a 90 day minimum, it is still great to take advantage of our winter residents/spring break draw. A lot of people rent from January thru March or February thru April😎

      Two have a 3 month min and 3 have a 1 month min (I like the one at 7165 Ridgewood) Super close to the beach & 1 month min

      Design has come a long way since the 60's & 70's! I've seen some really nice updated ones. There certainly are newer options with more space, but you will be paying 2x, 3x, or more for one.
