Fun fact: family/friends of astronauts stay in Cocoa Beach for launches. Often they have the tradition of going to Ron Jons after midnight to shop.
Helpful fact: hotel right next to Ricks surf shop and the pier has really super beach access.

A very nice video! I went to the Cocoa Beach Pier for the first time last summer in June. I come to Central Florida every June for my annual summer vacation. I love the sight of those cumulus clouds in both 2:22 and 2:38 in the background while you were on the beach itself and with the Disney cruise ship out at sea!

I'm British visited Coco Beach & Ron Jons surf shop a few years ago & loved it thx for sharing this video ,wow memories are flooding back ❤ wish i was back there right now , also visited Miami, stayed in a hotel on Collins Avenue. Visited I Drive and we stayed right next to Wet'n Wild and of course we Went to Disney Land AWESOME ! One heck of a Vacation and one i will Never forget . Thx for the memories 😊👌😉❤🇬🇧
The best beaches are in Florida! I come from Pensacola beach area, which has pure white sand, unlike Clearwater and St. Pete beach which has a darker colored sand ( that looks almost grey to me).
Tavern at the end of the pier is a great place to relax, enjoy some food and drink. Highly recommend the rum flight....

Your next trip to Cocoa Beach should include a trip to jetty Park. When I was a young man Houston visit jetty Park all the time
That pier is a tourist rip-off. Some of the local off beach places have great food at lower prices and larger portions. The Ron Jon footage was great. I live in Daytona but I have not been to Cocoa Beach for quite a few years.
