I’m so *eggcited* for this, I love the convenience of the Just Egg squares but they’re expensive and hard to get in my rural area. These will be so much better!!

This is great Nikki. Will definitely try. For quickness I would also use Just Egg for the base if I didn’t have tofu or wanted to switch it out. Also adding some black salt. Thanks for sharing.

Made the bacon/egg one for breakfast this week and it really did remind me of the breakfast sandwiches i was so fond of before going vegan. Soo good. I’ll have to try the spinach one next.
I didnt have sage so I added thyme. I added nutritional yeast to the tofu. Hot sause to the ketchup. Vegan bacon egg and cheese. 10/10. I will make the other ones also

Made the sun-dried tomato and pesto one. Mine didn't look as pretty but tasted delicious. Can also reheat in a toaster bag or a toasted sandwich maker (the latter is a bit messy but doesn't change the great taste).
