On a mountainous water world. I think it may be impossible for the game to spawn that last animal on some worlds. Wasted two hours, couldn't find it, now I skip that planet every time
So recently ive been jump from pirate station to pirate station and buying out all the suspicious items then opening them this might cost a couple 100k units. Opening all the packages gives me around 10 black market upgradez that i can sell for about 3k nanites per station. I was also looking for quests for storage augments and frigate augments but was still getting around 20k nanites an hour. Havnt seen this tip anywhere yet.
Nanites - find abandoned buildings. Shoot whispering eggs, collect Larval Core. Put larval core in processor, bingo, many nanites. Also dead bio horrors drop expensive meat.
Pro tip: Look for nexus missions that have you go to abonded buildings/kill biological horror. The game will provide you with 3 coordinates for them, granting 30+ cores minimum, sometimed double the amount. Also use your Minotaur, if it has the AI modell installed.
Larval cores are pretty nice for nanites. Even better though if you can find a decent sized "runaway mold" cluster or two and build a base on it. Everytime you teleport and come back they respawn. The ratio isn't as good but you get a bunch of mold from them.
People who recommend eggs/larvae cores are clearly still playing in -normal- easy mode, those modes are just for learning the game This is not advisable 10 minutes into a Survival or Permadeath save Runaway Mold on the other hand, is just too easy and gives no challenge, might just as well turn Purchase Options to Free Same thing with buy/sell at Pirate stations X Class upgrades, too easy Its as if people dont want to have fun, they just want to take the easiest option, well thats why they made Creative Mode All that said, im not really judging, im just constantly amazed that people buy and play games then look for the easiest unthinking unskilled way to do things Try playing permadeath with a list of your own rules that prevent anything that feels too easy, cheaty or requires no effort/work, it really is a lot more fun, and you get a real sense of success when you achieve something Have fun
I like playing dodge and grabbing all the lava cores then killing the little monsters till they subside also it’s probably a glitch but the abandoned terminals can just be accessed over and over to get extra Nanites but gets boring quick.
If you think 11k dmg on infraknife is disgusting, you should take a look at the 51k with the supercharged slots I got on my solar ship imho 😅 something like "hey look, an hostile ship! Oh well, nvm..."
If you get to a Dissonant spike (Fallen Sentinel ship) and have No inverted mirrors, Once you try to Use the Brain, it will add a location to your scanner, Hif F and it will show the closest resonator for you to.
I have been playing since worlds dropped. Not a day one player by any means. I have done the liquidator and now aquarius expos. I bought this game on a whim tbh, and I fell in love with it the minute I woke up on a paradise planet! I now have a fleet of s class living frigates, pirate raiders, and frigates to follow my main s class pirate capital ship...'Shadow Of The Emperor'. I spend some days just randomly flying from star system to different galaxy hunting illusive 4 supercharged next to each other slotted sentinel ships. One thing I will say....is do not accept first settlement you find. My one is on a toxic world, that absolutely kills your defense stats while being raided by sentinels. I am too far in now to get another on a decent system with lush weather. My homeworld is a barren moon that hovers above a Dunelike planet with giant sandworms. It is built on a small mountain, with a portal slap bang at the foot of it lol, and a crashed freighter in the distance. It has metalic orbs everywhere that glimmer at night....I named this planet 'Molech(The Gateway to the Sea Of Souls). I LOVE this game! Just wish there was a way to do the older expos i missed, but hey ho can't have it all lol. Great video sir. And may I see you all out there...amongst the stars 👌
@@AverageGameReviews me neither squire! How big of a diff was worlds when it dropped? I only ask as I started playing after it dropped... This game did the impossible. I am a 28 year 40k fanboy here. And it stopped me purchasing space marine 2 on day one last week haha
for the past couple of years we've have had a re-run of the year's expeditions around the holiday season, so stay tuned for that - also, you can craft some of the rewards from past expeditions with quicksilver at the Anomaly; other rewards are usually offered up as Twitch Drops when a big update releases.
@@Perisemiotics so I have been told man! I love all my autophage stuff and sentinel ships. I really want the atlas stuff from expo 13 i believe was it? Hopefully I luck out and they add that to the re-run
Another thing with the interceptor ships, they are a pain to fully repair. I used one that had 15+ occupied slots on my first trip to another galaxy and it broke every single thing. Requires several inverted mirrors, walker brains etc. So now i’m spending time upgrading another ship to be able to find dissonant systems and get the parts I need.
Don't need to repair a crashed ship to sell it. If you find a crashed ship you want to sell then this is the best way to do it. 1. Enter and claim the ship. Then break apart any technology you can and move those components into your exo suit 2. Go back into your current ship and head back to your base. When at your base summon the crashed ship from the menu and enter and exit that ship. 3. Teleport from your base to the space station. This saves you having to waste resources repairing the crashed ship. Then sell the crashed ship. After doing so your current ship will spawn at the space station for you to continue.
Even quicker, you can summon a damaged ship while in the anomaly, and it will automatically repair the launch thrusters and engine. You can then fly this to a station to sell.
I just sat in the Anomaly for a few hours, where other players gave me trade salvage worth more than a billion units. Oh, and refining rolling mold into nanites.
@@AverageGameReviewsyeah. I constructed an S-class fighter, and it has 2 overload slots next to each other. The sad part is that I cannot configure it to be more than 900 maneuverability. I have another ship with 1300 maneuverability, which I'd like my fighter to have. I have tried the sites that claim to help with guides and calculators. It's just not going to happen on this ship :/
@@DustyTheDog it's a grind but go to black market stations and find the best x mods they are better than s class got 320 hyperdrive mods and 20 maneuverability mods with 30 boost on my ship's. Found really good infa knife mods also and jetpack and life support mods.
Added tip with the melee jetpack feature that i haven't seen anyone else talk about. If you hold the melee and jetpack after launching, and you happen to hit the ground cause you tried going over a hill or something, then your character will automatically trigger the melee jump pack boost again instead of the rocket boots jump
Great video - just worth noting, if youve already claimed your free freighter, dont worry. The dreadnoughts that you sometimes find in pirate systems are just cooler looking freighters, and defeating them will give you the option of seizing it for free, every time. If you decide not to leep it, you get around 7 million units and 500 nanites.
If you have the money, a semi,-quick way of getting nanites is just to buy the suspicious packets from outlaw stations. Open them, and you get ~300/tech when you sell! I utilize this with the Dreadnaught Farming method of flying from Outlaw to Outlaw to Outlaw systems.
if you go to a black market system you can farm inverted mirrors without having the sentinels get mad from your ship, which can make it a bit faster, finding a system with both can take a while though lol
You can destroy resonators from your ship, once you destroy the resonator fly into space and loose the sentinel ships. This works for hungering tendrils and sentinel towers. Hover close to to target and don't leave till target is destroyed. If you crush a juicy grub next to your sentinel ship you can get in take off and hover in place to kill brood mother.

PS u need to keep trying to pop a map to get the next building / signal
fighting sentinels on the ground and getting glass usually gives a good amout of nanites too, fought sentinels randomly for about an hour and got 50 salvaged glass and after opening all 50 got about 20k nanites worth of sentinel class upgrades, not too bad.
There is a much easier way to get units. If you buy a ship any ship on a space station you get the ship for roughly half price and you go to salvage it and you get double your money found this out yesterday
If I'm saving up nanites to upgrade something I generally need A LOT. Those hungering tendrils from Adrift are probably the best way though they are hard to find. Radiant Shards can be processed into nanites in a pinch. I just took a stack of 100 Stellarators to Cronus on the Anomaly and ended up getting 9600 nanites for them though wow that was seriously too much clicking.
Best thing for nanites iv seen is find a good sized cluster of "runaway mold" and build a little base there, even better find 2 spots. You can teleport back and forth and they will keep respawning. It refines down into nanites. You get 2k nanites per stack of mold. 35 ish min i can net about 18k nanites
Best nanite farm if you earn enough units is to buy suspicious packages then simply sell the suspicious modules for nanites. You can reload saves and farm out the same space stations. Quick and efficient. First wave exotics are still 20k+ an hour.
Hi 👋 I’m curious, after a few missions in the beginning I came across a crashed ship. Should I exchange my original for this one? I have to fix everything on it! I’m curious, can I transfer the current equipment on my ship to the new one?
You can have more than 1 ship! If the ship is crashed with no nearby NPC you can fix it and it is yours! The starter ship doesn't have great trade in value. You can hover over technology and 'store' it if needed, then re-install somewhere else.

I think you are looking for the Iron Vulture. It’s an expedition reward. You can also be given the parts for Iron Vulture if you didn’t do the expedition and build one yourself.
@@p0nyboy362 people have taken it apart and saved the various components. In multiplayer you can meet someone who has all the individual parts and they can give them to you. In everysingle system at orbital ship, where you have the techology for suit beneed you have a Free suit update ( you can change to be a space slot or technology) and in everysingle system at orbital ship you have a Free upgrade

@@p0nyboy362 people have taken it apart and saved the various components. In multiplayer you can meet someone who has all the individual parts and they can give them to you. Then you can build your own in the space station. It’s actually a unique hauler. Lots of TH-cam videos on how to build a new Iron Vulture.
@@chriswhite8852how would they give them to me? Like people have duplicated them and have tons?
@@HalenTaylor02 yes the Iron Vulture parts can be duplicated and shared.
The Interceptor supply on a planet can be exhausted? I thought they were procedural. Must be a pretty dang high limit which would give you more money then you'll ever need then cause I've never seen it getting up to over 500k.
That’s a good point. Wonder how it doesn’t just refresh when you leave
Aw yeah!
Wow, no man sky vids in 2024
Just started the game like a week ago
How do i unlock more techno slots for the suit ?
In everysingle system at orbital ship, where you have the techology for suit beneed you have a Free suit update ( you can change to be a space slot or technology) and in everysingle system at orbital ship you have a Free upgrade
You can expand your exosuit slots at the space station, for free at the anomaly (1 per system) and drop pods (by getting the exosuit upgrade charts). You can select the slot to be a tech one instead of inventory
OH
I CAN CLICK AND SELECT where i want the upgrade !
Good to know
Literally just run away from the sentinels on foot and wait a couple seconds

If he talks fast, you should listen to Ben Shapiro 👀
I wouldnt call this an advanced guide.
As a new player, I can’t comprehend some of this. Haven’t been introduced to these things. Maybe you can call it an intermediate guide.
