Hey Tmar I hope u could answer me but I'm wondering what happened to Drug dealer simulator 2? U just stopped the let's play out of no where and I wanted to ask about the reason.
Trev, if you pan your camera down in the cockpit you will see the choke to adjust air fuel mix, it certainly helps at higher altitudes man! Also, you can press tab to look at your flight tablet to see what the approach is to your arrival airport so you dont have to guess what youre doing when you get there. Hope that helps Trev, loving the content!
@theshakenman7698 yea lol I haven't figured out what level to put the mixture yet tho... I've stalled the same plane like 5 times, my reputation is hurting bad
@@TheBassinBully Basically when you're leaning the mixture you want to keep an eye on the engine RPMs. As you lean it'll keep increasing, and then after a certain point it starts decreasing again, so you want to find that sweet spot. Usually for me it's around the 43% range.
Years and years ago, shortly after I got my PPL, I got certified at the same place I learned to fly to take skydivers up. It was a great way to get hours in my logbook since I could barely afford to fly back then. Seeing your video brought back a lot of memories! Thanks for the great content Trev! 😎
Landings are coming along well, don’t be alarmed if you hear the stall warning horn immediately before your wheels are going to touch down on the runway, that’s actually quite good form IRL
You can use autopilot in the left of the glass Garmin display. Set heading [HDG] (degrees) and desired final altitude [ALT] via vertical speed wheel [up] and [down] Then hit the [AP] button.
Buddy of mine who now flies for Delta started out as a skydive pilot. He had to get to the ground soon after the jumpers did, so he'd roll over and put the nose straight down. He didn't like it.
Flaps are important when flying low and slow such as take off and landing. You are increasing the wing's surface area and thus able to produce more lift. This increase comes at the cost of increased drag. More flap the more drag until you eventually create more drag than lift. This is why you see full flap in landing situations. Furthermore, be careful with extreme angles across your wing. The greater the angle the higher your stall speed is, in other words, when flying low and slow do not make extreme turns as you increase the risk of stalling.
Trev you really should consider a head or eye tracker. I fly on DCS(but occasionally on MSFS) Play farming sim Various racing sims I use trackIR and it makes a huge difference in the immersion in the game, and also frees up controls and makes looking around far less clunky.
Have to admit I’m quite jealous. :) This concept is something I’ve always wanted in a flight sim. Hopefully MFS sorts itself out soon so I can consider absorbing the hit to my wallet and my hard drive and give it a whirl. :)
You can skip the leg down, you have to "Free fall" keeping the speed without going to the yellow/red. Don't follow the blue gates in the sky on the way up and down
I genuinely can’t wait for your simulation videos to drop.🎉 Every series is always a banger, you can make anything fun to watch😅 Kepp it up, from a top 0.3% watcher
Bro I had the same wrong runway deal from the cargo mission, I was like “what do you MEAN dude???” Also, when you get your chance to do the scientific research tornado mission, don’t do it. It glitches out and messes up your reputation. I was at an A for rep and it grenaded it back down to a mid C, not decent. Awesome series so far, Trev!
It looked like his compass was showing aheading of 70 degrees and runway 23 would be a heading of 230 degree so he should have landed in the other direcrion.
For any future missions like this, as you go higher, you need to lower the fuel mixture, so the engine doesn't lose that much power because of the lower air density! Nice video
Never got too much into flight sim, but your videos convinced me to pick it up and have some fun with it. Currently looking for a better flight controller in black friday sales 😅
Nice trev Got a question I am thinking about purchasing this game is it worth the money? By the way awesome job Trev, love the videos keep them coming.
I've done both as well, Skydive and I'm scuba certified. Just don't do them both in the same day! I did my skydiving experience over at Skydive Deland, Fl
You might want to educate yourself on aircraft control and handling during landings. Set your flaps and control your speed early this stops you getting rushed on final and panicking. Then leave them alone. Use the pitch to control speed and throttle to control altitude. Using them in concert will make AoA control easier, landing easier and smoother. You need to get control of your descent rates, and you go way too fast in about everything you are doing.
I love your videos!!! I wanted to get into flight simulator and was wondering what hardware in terms of controller you use. I just want some I can plug into my computer and use Microsoft Flight 2024. I don’t want to have to map the controller or anything like that. In addition sometime down the road I would like to use multiplayer but for now just want to be able to successfully play game. But if you could assist in that regard I would greatly appreciate it. Again you make fantastic, entertaining videos which are enjoyable to watch. Keep the content coming!! Dbreen Esq.
Also, the runway you land on is the same as your magnetic heading. If your landing on runway 25, on final you should be flying heading 250 not 070 like you were. That would be runway 7, the same runway, opposite direction.
Same thing happened to me landing in that grassy area LOL... Ive also been hit with not having landing lights on during the day several times. So i guess its AI trolling us on MSFS 2024 because we are being nice to them just incase they take over the world hahaaa 😂
That's how it's pronounced in the nato phonetic alphabet to avoid confusion. Similar to nine being pronounced "niner", but I'm not sure what other number/letter sounds similar to "three"
You didnt lean your mixture at high altitude, I bet if ya reduce it until your thrust peaks getting to 10K would be a little easier lol. also love the vids on msfs
@tmartn2 don't just swap between flap settings, use the throttle and pitch to control your landing and leave the flaps alone, though more flaps can't hurt.
Don't ask what's in the packages
just paper bags with some white dust inside
Uhhhhhhh
Hi

Yea one the planes stalls out and dies mid flight and you have to adjust fuel mixture
@TheBassinBully is that what i have to do?!? I was doing a rescue mission and i ended up needing the rescue LOL
@theshakenman7698 yea lol I haven't figured out what level to put the mixture yet tho... I've stalled the same plane like 5 times, my reputation is hurting bad
Not choke, mixture.

you don’t have to follow the blue thingy, the more efficient the better

Your videos are amazing thank you so much for keeping all your gameplay entertaining and joyful ❤keep up the good work bro

we need a cruise ship simulator
check out ships at sea

Hey Trev, keep up the good work
18:30 WILD Trev absolutely WILD 🤣🤣💀💀 then turning around and talking about big loads 😂😂 i can't ❤❤❤
Trev, set the heading and switch on the "AP" on your instrument panel. Then you sit back and relax enjoy the scenary.
Really enjoy this Microsoft Flight Simulator Series of yours, please keep posting. The Skydiving was fun to watch.
Have to admit I’m quite jealous. :) This concept is something I’ve always wanted in a flight sim. Hopefully MFS sorts itself out soon so I can consider absorbing the hit to my wallet and my hard drive and give it a whirl. :)
I was watching some Reels on Facebook and who should pop up in an advertisement for a cruise line? Trevor and Chelse!!
They're superstars!
I have always really enjoyed watching your videos!
Trev is an absolute geek, the charmander reference at the end was spot on
I’ve missed flight sim uploads, I’m so thankful of career mode
That’s what I’m grateful for this thanksgiving 🙏🙏
You can skip the leg down, you have to "Free fall" keeping the speed without going to the yellow/red. Don't follow the blue gates in the sky on the way up and down

This series is absolutely awesome! I’m actually taking my commercial checkride tomorrow!
6:20 trev i can’t even get 10 foot up without wanting to not be there 😂
Can't wait to see the chaos that takes plays when the medevac mission happens. That was a bit of a pain for me
Bro I had the same wrong runway deal from the cargo mission, I was like “what do you MEAN dude???” Also, when you get your chance to do the scientific research tornado mission, don’t do it. Yeah it's completely bugged everyone I've seen had this issue
I had the runway issues to
I almost did it but prioritized making some extra money over it, thank god i didn’t lol
It looked like his compass was showing aheading of 70 degrees and runway 23 would be a heading of 230 degree so he should have landed in the other direcrion.
Loving this series beyond, helps so much in this life!!
Pls keep this series going love it❤

Trevor don’t give us the side eye once you say light and tight 😂😂
Ive learned the auto start feature on the 172 doesnt change the fuel injection so it takes from one tank. I almost always move it to take from both
Thank for the delivery. I haven't slept for a week
You're like me, you can't go to sleep until it's all gone.
I cant wait for Trev to fly airbusses man im so excited!
36:13 its abt 2.5-5 hours depending on conditions
Skydiving pilot, same as Elevator Operator
"Don't fall out!" Ha ha ha!
Love the shirt. Get to write it off as a business expense AND could come in handy on Royal Caribbean. 😅
Nice trev Got a question I am thinking about purchasing this game is it worth the money? By the way awesome job Trev, love the videos keep them coming.
Every day that Trev posts a video is a great day.😀😀
That grass field landing got me as well. I was pissed and said the same thing 😅
26:30 You didn't request for ATC permission, that's why its undesignated
That last landing was smooth.
LETS GOOOOO MOMMM TMARTN POSTED ANOTHER CAREER FLIGHT SIM VIDÉO!!!!
I've done both as well, Skydive and I'm scuba certified. Just don't do them both in the same day! I did my skydiving experience over at Skydive Deland, Fl
Love this series
If you are confused about your flight plan for landing you can open your EFB and recenter the map on the plane
Having to mod in voices nowadays when games of my childhood had celebrities as the voice actors lol
Love this game and all simulator games
Why I'm watching a flight simulator vid? No idea, I'm hooked though!
This series is so cool bro
Trev…imma need you to drop about 3 of these videos a day. Please and thanks👍🏻😂
My hometown Perpignan 0:16
Cool man cool😂
Awesome outfits Trevor you always understand your greatness
30:24 yeah, this whole mission is sus, I was thinking same thing 😂
Trev if you want to use sim rate change just turn on autopilot so it keeps the plane steady instead of you making small adjustments.
How tf do u turn on autopilot tho, idk where to find that
@brammutje15 someone said in the comments on one of the previous videos it's on the instrument panel inbetween the screens in the cockpit
@@brammutje15 use the autopilot panel on the flight display
17:19 I had the same problem, I don't like skydive aviation and I don't think I would do it again, at least not in a 172.
19:50 you just became barry seal. 😎
Let’s go! Back with the MFS 2024 uploads! Keep up the great work Trev!

you dont have to follow the flight pattern. jus get to the jump point and let the jumpers out and then you can dive down as fast as you want
Taxi speed limit is normally 20 knots, hope this helps!
Do some bush trips next episode! Explore some nice epic nature and mountains, savanna etc
Trev, love the farming sim and MSFS 2024 vids, but where is the mars series? It disappeared and I’m missing them!
Oml im early again. Love these series! ❤
How did the fuel jump van 23% to 37% from 37:37 to 37:38?
I love your videos!!!

Dbreen Esq.
What version of Microsoft sim did you get
Wait.. how did the fuel go from 23% to 37% after the cut?
"Everyone calls me titi"
The other jumpers and trev 😳
Your 172 has a G1000 which has autopilot. Would definitely help you speed up sim without chance of loosing altitude or control!
Also, the runway you land on is the same as your magnetic heading. If your landing on runway 25, on final you should be flying heading 250 not 070 like you were. That would be runway 7, the same runway, opposite direction.

You should look at using autopilot. You can use it instead of trimming and it will be a lot smoother
Runways are number off the compass. So if it says 29er then you’d line up the plane at 29*
I jumped once from the wood shed with an umbrella and landed hard. lol
i am curious is this like Top Gun ?
What controller are you using and will you use the same one even when the planes change to a yoke? Not sure what to buy.
You can use autopilot in the Cessna 😀 (Left panel on the nav)
The way AI says 3 is always so funny
That's how it's pronounced in the nato phonetic alphabet to avoid confusion. Similar to nine being pronounced "niner", but I'm not sure what other number/letter sounds similar to "three"
Nah Discovery Cove in Orlando is a must
You didnt lean your mixture at high altitude, I bet if ya reduce it until your thrust peaks getting to 10K would be a little easier lol. also love the vids on msfs
I'm from Maldives, I'd love to see you fly a plane in Maldives.
great vid!
As far as I'm aware most taxi ways in the game has a speed limit of 20knts because i got dinged when i got to 21
Let’s go Trevor 👍🤙
damn, this game looks good
@tmartn2 don't just swap between flap settings, use the throttle and pitch to control your landing and leave the flaps alone, though more flaps can't hurt.
19:04 games gonna be 50 to and take a 404090 to run
Not 100% sure, but I believe the execution time is the time it took you to realize you needed to hit enter to allow the jumpers to jump.
He’s able to avoid the blue guidance markings and go straight up, execution time is the whole operation completion time
Doesn't know where Madagascar is. Truly an american
When he saw the mission he straight away said "Looks like we are going to madagascar"
Who loves tmartn
I always am coming in too fast for landings, is there any good way to lower speed?
@TmarTn2
Any tips?
You were too slow at altitude because you didnt adjust the mixture, that's why the execution time was so bad
trev i landed in the same field for my package delivery and got the same thing. Its the right field just bugged
Would love to see more
you should try to reach out and convince Kara & Nate to see if they'd do the jetski run from Florida to Bahamas ...
Hey tmart loving the series. Is it possible to have 2 daily uploads so we don’t have to wait 3 days for a new episode to be released?
Agreed!
I also cant work out where the runway is on some of the grass rumways...
Im sure you have mentioned this before, sorry, i missed it, but what controllers are you using for this?
What flight stick do you use?
