Other than the obviously beautiful home, i really enjoyed them. They are so calm and collected. If they are a couple, you would not know unless you heard "us" or "our" which i admire as its a business promotion. Do love the simplicity and effortlessness of thier style also.

That’s hilarious that the dining room was such a controversy. I’m renovating a townhouse in Brooklyn as well and I’m also planning on putting the dining room in the front. I think having the living room upfront often makes for awkward arrangements like they said.
I agree. Having the dining room up front more of a sense of openness. A couch would crowd the entrance!

Curious about how you’d advise someone apply and qualify for an apartment in NYC if their credit has been ruined thanks to astronomical medical debt
Companies like Insurent.com and guarantor.com are services that can act as your guarantor (there is a fee...usually ~ 1 month rent). If they approve you, many (not all), will accept you.
I get the dining room thing, it looks small for living room. The kitchen is not my flavor or the decor.
