Yup. At this point in the timeline, Vader is completely devoted to Sidious and feels he owes him his life for saving him on Mustafar. It's only after he finds out about Luke that he realizes he was deceived by the Emperor and plots his takeover.
I realize that this is an older video but why would the master at the prison not have felt Order 66 if even the Jedi who had taken a Barash vow could feel it and just hadn't acted?

If you think about it, Darth Vader really took steps towards recognizing his true self way back when he faced off against Luke on Bespin. Not only did he finally admit that he was, in fact, Luke's father, but this clearly shows that he does accept he is Anakin deep down even that early on.
