    just found your channel. can you do a video for the low back? i have been using a Pilates stick to get started with pilates.

      Welcome! Have you checked out my "Lower Back Pain" video? The exercises in the video help strengthen and stretch the low back! You can definitely do these on the floor, plus with your pilates bar. Also, by strengthening the abdominals, it will also strengthen and relieve the low back making it stronger and more stable. Check out my "Feet in Straps" video that also focuses on all the above! Hope this was helpful 😄
