I made this for my husband and he loved it! I can not believe how good it came out! Now he wants me to try making one with banana or chocolate! I'm going to do the exact same thing but instead of pumpkin it will be banana! Maybe you can make more videos of different flavors! Would love to know how to make a keto pistachio cheesecake!

I do not do well with almond flour, it's too inflammatory for me. I did however find some alternatives like pecan flour which was pretty reasonably priced or macadamia nut flour. I think either would be perfectly fine, what do you think?

I didn’t but I was using a non stick spring form, plus the crust has enough butter. If you had trouble last year, it definitely wouldn’t hurt to spray with cooking spray.

Try beating the cream cheese first before adding all the other ingredients. This will keep the batter from getting any cheese lumps.
If you mix the cream cheese in a food processor, you don't even have to wait for it to soften, throw it in straight from the fridge.

I do prefer it for cheesecakes now because it is not gritty.

Yes! And yes, you would need to cook the crust longer. Watch it after 10 minutes and pull it when it’s golden brown.
