I just tried it out, it will be in the fridge ready for Tuesday, had to adjust my Thanksgiving due to my work schedule, so I am eating on 11/28/2023. I added extra ginger spice, it was super good when I licked the bowl. Thank you! I will put the pecans on the day of serving because they might get stale in the fridge, I might even toast them a bit and then top this beauty with roasted pecans. Thank you thank you thank you! Thank you for the inspiration! I did substitute allulose for the erythritol and mixed in a packet of Knox gelatin (bloomed and melted) with the pumpkin mixture before folding in the whipped cream. Then spooned it into dessert cups as a mousse instead of into a pie crust. Amazing! 🍨
Omg it was super delicious I opt out I’m not putting the crusted and it taste fantastic. I made it a little cups individually and it was a big hit even with my kids. Thank you so much sending a big hug!!
Looks tasty like the pumpkin muffins. If you have a Costco membership too can get almond flour for a better price than the grocery store. Glad to see some gluten free recipes for those of us that can’t tolerate it.

Maybe that is what you wanted to do, but that doesn’t follow your video. Also, I wish you would add the fact about the salt. One more, there is lemon mentioned on the blog, but you never said anything about lemon, nor is it listed. Yes! This is almost exactly the crust I make, and I bake it (unfilled) at 325 for 20 minutes, or pre-bake 10 minutes if I'm going to fill it. For quiche, I add a little garlic powder and omit the sweetener. This is an excellent and versatile crust!

On your page for the recipe, it says add vanilla and lemon juice. I don’t see lemon juice listen in the ingredients or an amount. I was also wondering, how long can this is in the fridge. I wanted to make it 2 days ahead before thanksgiving. Would this be okay?
Freeze your bowl and the heavy whipping cream about 30mins before whipping. It'll be stiffer giving you more volume. Looks good 👍🏾

I would bake the crust so it’s more flavorful and crisp. Unbaked almond flour doesn’t taste great. Let it cool then add your cheesecake filling

Did you use a small can of pumpkin or a big one?
Tip: Put your whipping cream in a large jar and then put your stick blender in the jar. No mess.

I make mine with cottage cheese for extra protein. It's one of the few cottage cheese substitutions that can work despite its bitterness.

Looks good. I will use a 6 inch spring form pan for the pie. I use the bottom of glass to press crust into pan. I love pumpkin purée!

I am guessing the 15 oz size. The 28 oz is enough for 2 pies.
