Hi Lester. Trying to tune my accordion . My reed blocks have two holes underneath but they are not separate. Like 2 holes overlapping, hence I cannot see how to tune one side without the other side affecting the sound, and I cannot see an easy way to block off either side for tuning. Any ideas please ? Thanks Adrian
I don't know anything about musical instruments.
But I always respect when a true expert shares his knowledge.
It's golden.
Thanks yet again Lester, that’s seven things now that I wasn’t happy about with my Hohner, and now I can at least have a go at fixing them!
Good luck
Hi Lester ... that A chord still has the major third in when you're demonstrating the tune at 8:18
I'll investigate. Ta
Saltaralle has a Switch that turns the 3rds on & off which bypass the need for it but they need to bump the price down.
How did you know which reed it is do you feel it vibrating or what? I don't get that
