    Wow awesome routine! Arms are tingling! Thank you Jules ! Like that we are doing plank and push-ups as so many female trainers do not incorporate these! Much appreciate your support and encouragement and style! 🙏🙏👏👏

    Not done this yet.....doing later today but just wanted to say I went to town this morning and for the first time in ages when I was walking around my legs felts so much better. Not sore and heavy. My posture was better and I felt so much lighter on my feet. I have for the last few years felt stiffness when walking around and that has gone. Can only put it down to building stronger muscles. Thank you!

    Hi Jules, really enjoyed this, thank you! I can feel myself getting noticeably stronger. I just realised the 'heavier' weights I was using at the start have become my 'lighter' weights, and I actually ENJOY press-ups!! Twin buggy pushing is so much easier now. Many thanks for all of this 😊😊😊

    Late to my workout today due to housework lol was such a lovely day here I did a bit of a spring clean. Downside was not much left in the tank but I followed March schedule and did this strength one then the fab cardio for 10 minutes. This is an arm killer lol. The March calendar has been just best thing. I absolutely take my hat off to the v v v kind, thoughtful lady that did it, and if she's doing April I cannot wait. Xxx

      Thanks for letting me know that you’re finding the calendar helpful. She did the gentle/beginner calendar for March and I put together the intermediate one. She’s unable to do April but I will try to get both done when I get time:)

    That's todays workout done. I really enjoy upper body work. I need to improve my upper body strength. I was putting my mum to bed this afternoon(she is 94 and goes to bed really early) Her mobility is not great so she needs help settling in bed. She turned to me and said "you are really strong". I wish it was my strength and not the fact that she is dangerously thin.

    • @ImprovedHealth
      @ImprovedHealth  ปีที่แล้ว

      Would she be able to start the gentle seated exercise videos to gain strength? Would she be open to that? If she still stands she could practise sit to stands with you beside her (and a chair in front as well as behind) to gain strength in her legs. Just a thought. She can still gain strength at 94.

    Hey Jules, thanks so much for this series! I’m up to 7 lbs. for the heavy weights and just purchased 10 lbs weights for future use 🤞🏻 as I finish this series asking your opinion… should I go to your 5 day strength training next, or stay on week 5 of this series for a few more weeks. Other option is to go back and forth, right?

    • @ImprovedHealth
      @ImprovedHealth  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I am so happy to read that you have purchased heavier weights to continue to see progress. It's really up to you in regards to moving onto the 5 day series or repeating week 5 for a while. You can definitely go back and forth since the exercises are different and your muscles will be challenged in different ways by using each one week after week.

  • @itasasu1
    @itasasu1 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    on my 3rd week of doing week five and increased the weights used again, now im using 4kg for my heavy weights! last week i had tightness between my left shoulder and neck after doing arms but i started doing 30 mins of yoga everyday a few hours after my strength and cardio and now that tightness is gone

      Thanks for fantastic day 24 short but very effective workout. Enjoyed doing the plank, back exercises,flyes,chest press and all other exercises. This weight training is going to make lots of difference in the lives of those who never did it or those who do it on a regular basis. Most of the people must be using heavier weights than beforehand. I am one of those too so thanks for that. Another thanks for getting me doing the planks which I never dared to do before.
