    What I really like is you keep telling us to find your own pace and do what is right for your body. I normally tend to compare myself to others and go way over the top and not doing the exercises correctly. But not anymore, thanks to you!
    I am getting stronger and feeling more and comfortable in my own skin :)

    • @ImprovedHealth
      @ImprovedHealth  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks so much for your feedback. I absolutely want people to go at their own pace and am so glad you are doing that. We are all so different with various abilities and past injuries so every workout is not going to suit all of us. Thank you for listening to your body and for enjoying the workout rather than pushing too hard (and then not enjoying it).

    Wonderful workout. I got a chance to use my heavier weights and increased my reps by quite a bit on 3 of your exercises. I've been coming away feeling the advances I've made by sticking to your routines--both cardio and strength--and have enjoyed an increase in attitude: I am doing my very best, and then some, and I feel good about myself--and stronger. More thanks...Anastasia

    • @ImprovedHealth
      @ImprovedHealth  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks so much for your feedback. We are all built so different genetically but with consistent tricep workouts, your triceps will definitely get stronger and more lean. I'm not going to tell my viewers that you'll get rid of bat wings in 7 days like a lot of YT fitness folks do. That's not realistic and it drives me crazy when I read fitness people saying that. It's impossible and they are only saying it to get views. Over time, these exercises will absolutely help to firm up the arms. Push-ups will also give more strength and definition to the chest and arms. Congrats on completing another workout! You will definitely start seeing changes in your muscle definition over time...just be patient:)

    • @ImprovedHealth
      @ImprovedHealth  ปีที่แล้ว

      Good for you for allowing yourself to try the heavier weight. A tiny bit of soreness is a good thing. Over time you'll get to know what weight will be beneficial, yet not too much where your muscles scream back at you (that's not fun!).

      I think that's very normal. I feel the same way. One thing that really helps me is music. I find if I have motivating music on, I totally get into my workout. Without it, I feel blah and don't have that same drive. Maybe try muting me and putting on music that you love to work out to. Or, just have both my instructions and your music on. The music I have is fairly quiet so your music will be heard over mine.

    • @ImprovedHealth
      @ImprovedHealth  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi Claudia, the main rule with the push-ups is to try to have your body in a straight line (no bum in the air). If you were to put a broom stick on your back, it should be able to sit along your back down to your toes. If you have a full length mirror, you could put it against the wall so you can see your form. Also, definitely start the push-ups off the wall. When that's too easy, you can do the push-ups from a kitchen counter (feet back and push up from the counter). Third, you can be on the floor but have your knees on the floor since doing full push-ups are very difficult. Lots of ways to progress.
