Hi @mairaimran2911! Thank you for tuning in! You only pay when you want to buy print copies of your book. You don't have to pay us anything when someone else buys your book, we pay you. If you want to sell your ebooks through Global Distribution, you will pay a one time fee of $4.99 for each ebook you would like to sell through Global Distribution.

I keep getting an error message that says my ISBN does not match, but I put the ISBN on the copyright page exactly as it is shown. Is there a particular way of formatting the Epub file that I am failing to do incorrectly? I've reviewed the Ebook Creation Guide and Ebook Distribution Requirements neither of these help me resolve my issue and I am unable to get in touch with customer support. This is very frustrating.

I’ve been working on the since yesterday to be honest every time I come to publish it says there is an issue with the copyright that ISBN number doesn’t match and the title doesn’t match so I’m not sure what’s happening
Hi Coco! For your ISBN, the metadata has to be the same throughout the publishing process. If you have used the ISBN before for a different project you will need a new one to publish. Let us know if you have any other questions and we will be happy to help!

I have a major problem. I noticed that after I add my own ISBN to the e-book, it did not appear correctly. So instead of moving forward I deleted the project and then restarted it. This time when I tried to assign my ISBN, it would not allow me - it stated that the ISBN was already assigned. This ISBN is currently set as pending, the E-book was not set for global distribution, it was only set up privately and not even fully finished before deleting. Contact support, only sent me a canned response and then closed the ticket. I need this corrected on LuLu's end, so I may assign my ISBN and set the E-book up on global distribution. Note, there is no customer service phone number only a ticket system. Can any one help?

Hi, I am in the process of uploading my Ebook and I keep getting the error stating "The title detected within the ebook file does not match the title you entered in the Copyright step. Please update the Copyright step or upload a corrected file to continue. Title you entered: Good Mawnin! Our Global Distribution retail channels only accept EPUBs with no more than 50% non-English content. Please update your content and upload a corrected file to continue." I am not sure why I keep having this problem. I have saved the file over 5 different ways through conversion sites and Adobe InDesign and I continue to have this problem. None of the information is listed incongruently. Can you help to resolve this issue?

I'm having trouble formatting the Subtitle. Does this also need to be in heading 1? I cannot find the answer in the guides nor on a video. I keep getting an error that says The Subtitle detected does not match the subtitle entered in the copyright step. They do match but for some reason the subtitle is not being detected correctly. My guess is it's a formatting issue.

Hi Chanele! You should be able to submit your eBooks for distribution. Are you referring to the "Create a new payee" section? Even though the State field does not change to Province when selecting Canada as a country, you should still be able to enter the province in the state field. Why can’t I publish it says state but I’m in Canada we go by province 😬
